Interspire Email Marketer is a powerful and reliable platform for email marketing. The software works great, and what really stands out is the support team. Whenever a question or issue comes up, they respond incredibly fast and are always helpful. It’s rare to see such quick and professional support these days. Highly recommended. 👍

We have been using Interspire for over 5 years and have never had an unresolved issue. In one case we thought we had backed up our server in preparation for an upgrade. As it turned out our backup was not successful which meant we had probably lost all our information. Our support guy (Paul) was able to find some of the more important back ups of critical tables. He spent tons of time reconstructing our database which allowed us to get going without any issues. Also Paul is always available to answer questions. I could not ask for any better support.

Used interspire for years and ran into a problem with sending. Contacted support a guy called Paul offered me a payment plan for a upgrade. I accepted then he decided to take away the offer and reject me. All very strange you can't rely in this software longterm. It may help you short term but any issues and you will run into problems with a tin pot support setup.

I’ve been trying to renew my yearly support with Interspire for over a week now, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite their emails urging me to renew, they’ve consistently failed to provide a working payment link or a clear way to upgrade. Every link I’ve tried either leads to an error page or just doesn’t work at all.

To make matters worse, their support team has been unresponsive to my requests for help. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for a direct payment link or a method to finalize the purchase, but all I receive are canned responses that don’t address the issue. It’s baffling that a company dedicated to email marketing and customer communication can’t sort out a straightforward payment process.

On top of that, some of their support documentation links appear to be broken, leaving me without any reliable instructions to resolve issues with the software. If they can’t even handle a simple renewal transaction, I’m extremely concerned about what would happen if I ever needed serious technical support.

I’m forced to give Interspire a 1-star rating because it feels like they’re actively rejecting my attempt to pay for their services. Until they fix their payment process and provide real, responsive support, I honestly can’t recommend this platform to anyone looking for dependable email marketing software.

They were on point for EVERYthing for us, and despite the fact that, through no fault of theirs, we had to go another direction with our comms, they treated us like their most valued customer at all times. Have been using Interspire to send marketing messagse for many years. It's a wonderful resource, easy-to-use and extremely economical. I'd highly recommend it!

I have been using the EmailMarketer app from Interspire since 2008. We have looked at other online systems (and tried one of them) whilst we were waiting for EM to be upgraded but have never been satisfied with them. Now we have the latest upgrade from Interspire we are very happy.
As we use our own server hosted at OVHcloud, having EM makkes a lot of sense from an economics point of view. Buying and using EM is much less expensive than anything else we have seen where costs of doing a weekly email to 10k or more contacts can easily cost over £100 per month.
We have also been impressed with the support system at Interspire along with the people behind it. You need to be just as careful using the other online systems as you do with EM when it comes to looking after your IP reputation.
The other online systems also have some fancy reporting but the campaign statistics from EM are great and work really well for us. We will not have our heads turned by other systems in the future. The grass is not greener on the other side of the fence.

Great email marketing app that allows you to have full control of your app as you host it on your own server. No more worries about sending limits or other limits imposed by other hosted email marketing providers. Speedy support from the Interspire team, they are always ready to help with using their app and fixing problems.

I purchased my first license in 2004 when the software was called Sendstudio. It's been twenty years, I use it for several projects and I'm 100% satisfied.

Excellent and fast assistance, with maximum software customization. I know almost all the famous ESPs, because I deal with email marketing and specialize in Deliverability, I must recognize that Interspire has excellent potential for comparison, also given the continuous new developments.

What a smart and affordable investment for such a powerful tool compared to other softwares that require a monthly fees. Once you own it, it's yours to use without ongoing costs. The new Software offers so many functionalities, even more than what I need it for. It's easy to use and a game changer for my campagne and the day-to-day operation. I find the support team very helpful and knowledgable, they were able to solve my issues on the spot when I contacted them. I highly recommend it.

After a year with this software, we're pleased with our choice. It suits our needs well. Customer support stands out for its consistent responsiveness and friendliness. While there are more advanced and user-friendly options available out there, they also come at a much higher price for larger lists. This one is a solid, budget-friendly pick for self-hosted email marketing.

The software is fine, though over-priced for what it is. However, their so-called 'perpetual (lifetime) license' is nothing of the sort. They refuse to honour it. Not only that, they are downright rude when you have the audacity to ask them to do so.

Recently changed their website and we can now no longer access license keys or download the latest version of the software. Emailed support but received no reply.

It appears they have split with Big Commerce which is the cause of the website change.
