THIS PERSON Marie called and mislead my dad that did not understand because he is of older age and told him that this is a legal requirement. even thought it might be it is not legally to go with her. i called back to explain to her that my dad did not receive a receipt for the purchase understand and she said that a language barrier not an excuse to refund the money. on her website it says that we have 30 days to refund the money as long as we send it in a written request. these people are shady and not transparent at all. i would have maybe even taken the service if she would have explain the service but did not want to and just hung up and then answered saying that i was harrasing and would not give a refund
