This entire operation is unequivocally…

This entire operation is unequivocally a scam. My experience has been thoroughly dismal, characterized by profound disappointment and frustration. The customer support representatives, who are ostensibly tasked with providing assistance, exhibit an astonishing level of arrogance. Their demeanor is not only unhelpful but actively dismissive, exacerbating an already infuriating situation. It genuinely appears that they are intentionally obstructing legitimate attempts to resolve issues rather than offering genuine assistance or understanding.
The core of the problem lies with the products they purport to offer. They boldly claim to provide access to powerful models such as Chat GPT 120B and 20B, along with Liam 70B models. However, the reality of these offerings stands in stark contrast to their marketing claims. These sophisticated artificial intelligence models, despite their impressive numerical designations, consistently fail to deliver on even the most basic tasks. When presented with the simplest queries or straightforward requests, their responses are not only incorrect but often completely nonsensical and utterly disorganized. Instead of structured, coherent, and accurate information, what one receives is a haphazard jumble of words, entirely devoid of logical flow or any discernible pattern. It is as if the algorithms are fundamentally broken, incapable of processing and generating intelligible output.
This profound inability to produce meaningful answers renders these supposedly advanced models entirely useless. They cannot be relied upon for any practical application, whether for generating content, answering questions, or assisting with problem-solving. The level of dysfunction is so extreme that it seriously undermines any credibility these models, and by extension, the entire service, might initially claim. The promises of cutting-edge AI capabilities are nothing but smoke and mirrors, designed to lure unsuspecting customers into a fraudulent scheme.
Considering the abysmal performance of the AI models and the insufferable attitude of the support staff, it becomes unequivocally clear that this service possesses absolutely no intrinsic value. In fact, it is an egregious waste of resources, time, and effort. To suggest that this service is worth any monetary investment, even a minuscule amount like one dollar, is an insult to common sense and a testament to the company's audacity. It is not merely a poor value proposition; it is a deceptive and manipulative one, designed to extract money from consumers under false pretenses. The experience is so profoundly negative that it actively diminishes one's trust in similar services and raises serious questions about the integrity of the individuals behind this operation. The frustration is palpable, and the sense of having been thoroughly swindled is overwhelming.

Interview Sidekick is a complete waste of money and a scam..

I want to share my experience with you guys so you don’t get tricked like I did. This app, Interview Sidekick, is honestly so bad and completely unworthy of your money. It is a total waste.

The app is very 'dumb.' The quality of the answers is terrible—they are very short, often wrong, and it takes way too much time to get any response at all. The worst part is that you have to buy the full version to even see the features, and once you use it, you realize it’s useless.

I trusted this application for a very important interview—the kind of interview you wait a long time for and that could literally change the course of your life. Because the app failed to provide right answers, it was a disaster.

When I realized how bad it was, I asked for a refund within 24 hours. But the main guy, Ben Broch, and his team just said they can’t offer a refund. They are not real developers. Real product developers focus on customer satisfaction and helping people; these guys are just scammers focused on squeezing money out of people by showing a fake product.

If you are interested in an interview app, my recommendation is to try anything else, but definitely don’t waste your money on Interview Sidekick.

I know job searching is difficult right now, but believe in yourself and God. Your time will come and you will get the best out of life. Best wishes to everyone, but stay away from these scammers.
