I'm chronically ill and disabled I bought an Intex pool for physical therapy at home because I am homebound. In text sent me a pool with a hole in it and they refuse to replace it or refund my money unless I drain the pool dry it fold it back up and cram it back into its tiny little box and all it to UPS all by myself. Customer service representatives are incredibly rude and dismissive and non-concerned. Update Dash I see your response and it is useless to me as I'm still required to do this physical labor just to get my money back for a piece of garbage that you sold me

I bought the queen air mattress with headboard for use in my husband’s assisted living facility when family comes to visit and stay overnight. The 2nd time he used it, it went flat. When I called customer service, they wanted me to troubleshoot it for them and find where it’s leaking and patch it. I explained my husband’s situation and that he’s severely handicapped and won’t be able to do what they were asking. And why should he? If it leaks, it’s on the company to replace it! After several minutes of going back & forth and them insisting I troubleshoot the leak, I finally said “that’s not going to happen!, my husband is in no condition to do what you’re asking”, they finally acquiesced and said they’d send a replacement. The replacement just came. I’m hoping the new one holds up better than the first one. Based on the reviews though I’m not too confident it will.

I’m not sure if this is a joke. I reached out to this company because I was still under warranty. They sent me the wrong bed, a cheaper one, which deflated the first night I used it. When I contacted them, instead of doing a replacement, they asked me to cut a piece of the bed and take a photo of it. I’m not sure if I’m in a circus. The online support person talked to me like I was an idiot, spending 30 minutes asking me to take a photo of the box and send it to them, because otherwise they would never be able to figure out what happened with my replacement. And now they sent me this link to share my experience. Oh yes, here it is.
UPD: And they should stop using AI-generated responses. It is both unprofessional and ironic that instead of resolving the issue, they keep sending convoluted, pseudo-caring messages that do nothing to address the problem. They keep insisting by email that I need to photograph the box and cut the mattress to get a replacement. What a circus.

Pretty easy to work with the staff on the phone, which is how I initiated my warranty claim for a slightly bent U Shape Support bracket. That generated a claim form for me to share Proof of Purchase and the rest went very quickly and easy. Had replacement part in my hands in less than 3 business days. Thanks Intex support team, great job!

Intex handled my service issue quickly and with ease. I choose to buy Intex products over some other off brands because I know they will stand behind their products.

I bought the easy set 15x48 through amazon and somewhere somehow right out of the box it had a teeny tiny air leak in the ring. I took a chance and called Intex and they were awesome and made it right by sending me a new pool in less than 2 weeks. Thank you so very much.

Overall, the product that I bought (the Dura Air-Deluxe Air Mattress) is a pretty nice product. I really like the integrated air compressor, and that it comes with a tote for easy packaging and travel. However, mine broke prematurely die to wear and I needed a replacement. I was able to get a warranty replacement in less than three weeks time after contact, although I did have to render the old mattress unusable as part of the warranty approval process. I believe it's a good product overall, and the customer service was helpful in getting my claim approved.

The pool is looking and functioning perfectly after 10 yrs this is second 9x18 I've had. Last one was only replaced after 15 yrs because we moved and didn't want to take it down when house sold. Customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable about products. I highly recommend their pools

We had two twin size Intex 67765ED Dura-Beam Deluxe Comfort-Plush Mid-Rise Air Mattresses that began leaking air within 6 months of purchase. We could not find any holes and they would deflate even without someone sleeping on them. We reached out to Intex and they replaced both since they were within the 1 year warranty period. The process was fairly simple. The new air beds were used for the first time last night and held the air without any issues.

The electrodes in our new salt / chlorine generator were bad. Customer service started a claim for me and the new electrodes shipped out the next day. These work great and we’re grateful for the easy process.

I had some issues with the online form; it was sent back a couple of times because the files I uploaded weren’t displaying correctly. But submitting the form and trying it three times let me easily open a ticket once I called in. The operator easily found my three contact forms and could pinpoint the issue. She opened my claim, walked me through the process, and then said, " Look out for emails regarding my claim. The process was fast after my claim was approved! They didn’t have the exact bed I needed replaced, but they offered me an alternative that was set to deliver in no time. Thank you, Intex, for the wonderful customer service and easy process for filing a claim over the phone. I would only say to please fix the contact form if you can!!

The number one thing with my six person hot tub from Intex that I really hate is that the heater goes out is the first thing. That being said you can’t buy just the heater, they make you purchased the entire control system. Who wants to spend $600 every six months for a new powerhead? It’s a little scamming if you ask me.

Hi I had a leak issue with my intex spa. After contacting them and explaining the issue we determined it was a manufacturer error. They were wonderful and sent me a new tub which arrived very promptly. The customer service representative was very informative and lovely to deal with. I would recommend intex anytime the product is good and customer service goes above and beyond.

called intex and had zero issues with my warranty replacement part on my salt water system. after the warranty issues were handled, the specialist on the phone gave me a code for a 10 percent discount on a new liner as mine is out of warranty by 3 years. I will always buy intex pools as they are well built and customer service is exceptional.

We have an Intex Pool and Spa, both have been very durable. I have reordered new pumps for both since and delivery has always been timely.

I always get excellent customer service. But this last time I ordered a part for a pump I realized I did not need and I could not return it due to another item being on the order. This is what I was told on the phone. I just kept it as an extra part. In the future you should be able to return an item even is it is with other items on the order. This was sometime the end of Jan. or beginning of Feb.
