Pros: easy creation process, great options, fair price. Cons: the album jacket feels like plastic/vinyl, and lacks the integrity of paper stock or cardboard.

Best damn gift. I’ve got this year.

OK, so first of all I’ve seen a lot of reviews about this company and they are bullshit even though it did take eight weeks for my vinyl to come. It was a big order and it was the holiday season when it came. It was the best damn thing I could get in February and I would order from them again because they were awesome. When I reached out to them they responded very swiftly. don’t let nobody tell you that they’re not worth it. It’s going to take time if you’re not patient then don’t go through them, but if you want quality then come through them they did an excellent job.

Affordable

Affordable, simple ordering, and quick shipping. The CDs performed perfectly. The only issue was that the disc art didn’t quite match the color of the case artwork.

I ordered a custom album for $100

I ordered a custom album for $100, but I’m disappointed with the quality. The jacket is flimsy, the printing is dull, and the white space is dirty. The album itself is lifeless, dull, and lacks bass. (I had my tracks mastered for vinyl.) Unfortunately, I wouldn’t use it again.

Comunication is important

I sent a project #ITC35308 on July 7 2025. I received the usual pitch emails, but the record didn't arrive in the expected time. I wrote ITC via email explaining the situation but got no answers. I logged and checked my project and all the tracks and images were gone, wrote again to Dan asking what was going on, I got no answer. I logged to ITC and found out my tracks and images were gone. Wrote back, again no answer. I had to go to PayPal and get my money back, without any communication on your part. I reorder the project and received it. I have done 5 previous projects without a problem.

NO Customer service... SCAM SITE!

I made an order with the understanding it would take 4-6 weeks. It took almost 10 weeks to receive. THEN the quality of the record was UNLISTENABLE. There was a high-toned squeal underneath the entire record, on both sides. I have been arguing with them for 3 months now to get some resolve but have heard NOTHING from the customer service team. I am STILL waiting. I have sent countless emails, posted on their Facebook, all to no avail. They are a SCAM!

Update: It's been another 2 months and they STILL have not attempted to get in touch with me, despite REPEATED attempts. They have zero customer service. Their product is awful. NO quality. Sounds like it was recorded with Thomas Edison's original equipment! They offered NO apology, NO refund, NO steps on how to make things right. BUYER BEWARE!!!
THIS IS A SCAM SITE!!!
