Intimacy Medical stands behind their products!
Intimacy Medical provided a support device for my therapy and progress was progressing along nicely, but then one of the functions on the device suddenly stopped working. I had been explicitly following the instructions, so I was at a loss as to why it stopped working. I reached out to Intimacy Medical explaining the situation. NEXT BUSINESS DAY, they contacted me and as I was within the 90 return policy (I did not want a refund as The Recharge device definitely worked), the graciously accepted my request for a replacement. Top notch/5 star customer service. Thank you!

Bought the recharge a couple of months…
Bought the recharge a couple of months ago and I got to say it has made a big improvement!! Definitely a game changer!! And I've also had several questions and I got to say their customer support is top notch!! They replied to all my questions really fast!! All around great experience with this company!!! Highly recommend!!
