The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My online gift card did not work although it should still be valid. I contacted customer service first time the 17th of June who said they would fix it and that I should not worry that the gift card would expire during the time it would take to fix it, they would prolonge it. I still to this date almost 2 MONTHS later have not gotten any help and can’t use the gift card!!!!! Customer service HANG UP when I call and explain the problem, and I get the exact same message every time I write them, that they need to forward it to the competent department and that it can take a few days. Well it’s been almost 2 months, it’s unacceptable!!!

I bought myself size large in color natural I love the beautiful natural color. I absolutely love wearing them. They make me feel Heavenly perfect when I wear them, and I am my most happy when I wear them. I wear them to bed every night when I sleep. I highly recommend them and give them 5 stars.
Not impressed with their customer service at all
After trying to place an order for 7 pairs of knickers for price of 5, I contacted customer service several times as it did give me the cheapest offer. I was told to try on Google Chrome rather than Safari but the same thing happened. I placed the order and asked for a refund of the overpayment .... was then told they can't issue part refunds and I should place the order again to get the discount and return the ones I had. Having followed their instructions and paid £5.95 for expedited delivery they now say I don't qualify for a refund on postage, not very good customer service at all. There is just no offer of help or common sense.

I bought 2 bras the other day on Kings street, first I went to both Oxford street stores and left because of rude and unprofessional staff,they asked me to go to fitting room that the will bring me the size of bras then forgot to come back so i just walked out 🙃. All 3 stores have rude staff not a good understanding of language neither knowledge of product.

My first order from Intimissimi UK and horrible customer service experience
My review is rather on the quality of their customer service. However, Intimissili lingerie in my opinion is of ordinary quality, nothing special, with unreliable sizing. Some models are beautiful, I wish the quality was better. Worth checking on sales.
It was my first online order from the UK website. I've got 6 different models to try and luckily 3 of these fit me well. So I packed the rest nicely and returned (also filling out the return request on the website).
I received the refund in time, with no delays here, however the amount was incorrect. When I checked my account I noticed, that Intimissimi proceeded the return with the wrong item. I returned Giorgia Lace Balconette Bra (which was more expensive). But, instead of this item, my Lara Cotton Triangle Bra is ticked as returned. Therefore, the amount of the refund is incorrect as well. When I reached the seller regarding this issue, they blamed everything on PayPay fees (can you imagine?), without even trying to look at the problem. Then I was offered a gift card, instead of just correcting the mistake. I think it’s unfair way, as I’m pushed to buy there again to get my money back.
I thought PayPal could help me to resolve this. However, after two months they didn't even get the claim reason right. It's not a huge amount of money, but why should I pay for the retailer’s mistake? It's a bad practice, that's it.
Yeah, just think twice before placing an order on Intimissimi UK, unless you're 100% sure about the model and size you're ordering.
Received my top today
Received my top today. Cannot find a telephone number to call so I sent an email with a pic of the hole. They responded wanting a pic of the whole garment and a pic of the inside tag. Beware of this company!
The most horrible company you could ever purchase from
I bought 4 different pieces (top and bottom) with them and all the them ripped on the side after 2- 3 wears, i reached out to customer service on April 11, 2024, after the long back and forth asking for numerous pictures they still haven't been able to refund or replace my pieces, these PJ are so bloody expensive as well for the tacky quality they are, they would rather pay influencers than work on the quality of the product. One thing is certain, i will get my money back! Bunch of thieves! How do you justify almost 100 dollars for a piece and you can do a seam properly? What a joke
Terrible customer services
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I ordered 8 pieces, but only received 3. When I tried to contact the company, I couldn't find a US phone number and the live chat was always offline. After sending an email and providing photos of the missing items, I was told to simply 'wait'. Wait for what? I'm still waiting for my missing pieces or a refund. The lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable. I expect better service from a company.
Appalling customer service
I called into mission customer service immediately after placing an order as I put the wrong delivery address. The customer rep picked up the phone and then stayed on the line breathing heavily, I could hear voices and movement in the background, probably she was hoping to get paid without doing her job. After 5 minutes she acknowledged she was online. I asked her to change the shipping address and she said she did and I would receive a confirmation of change of shipping address. I did not receive any confirmation so I immediately went online to cancel the order online as it was less than 15 mins since I had place the order, but the system froze froze once I submitted the cancellation request. This all happened in the 15 mins after I pls ed the order. I then received a confirmation email with the wrong address (the customer service rep said she had changed the address) and clearly my cancellation request had not gone through.
LI do not live at the address anymore and I did everything to cancel the order: called customer service straight away and even tried to cancel the order online straight away but apparently it did not work.

Bought a bra £41 and the quality is bad after the first machine wash. For perspective, this is not a disposable bra and it is not expected to be completely damaged after a wash.
After contacting customer service, sending images, visiting store for physical inspection, I did not receive my refund but was asked to revisit the store for an exchange.

I bought 5 pairs of underwear last September. They all fell apart. I sent a complaint and they asked for photos. I sent the photos. Then they asked for proof of payment, I sent my bank details showing the purchase. Then they said sure would you like an online voucher or shop voucher. I said online. Then a week later, nothing. Then I asked what was happening then they said they wanted a code from me? What code? Who had codes from purchases? Then note photos. Then they just never got back to me at all. I was waiting on this review but please do not purchase with this company.

poor customer service
after purchasing 4 items at a 3+1 offer via eshop, I received only 3 items and a bra I had never ordered. Ireceived the order from the local intimissimi store and when Irealized their mistake they told me they could do nothing about it and I should consult the site for a solution. Th online shop informed me that I should send them back the wrong item and they would only refund me for what the item on offer cost. So if I wanted the item I originally ordered I should buy it again online for the full price. All their replies were vague and not at all helpful. Never going to buy online again

Both sleeve and body seams do not align straight with the body contours so the top is very uncomfortable at the elbows and waist.
It is very poorly cut unlike the picture on the website which is showing well cut sleeves and body.
I contacted the customer services about this issue and they told me just to return it.
Won’t be buying anything from them again because of this experience.

Horrible customer service via phone/ email - so bad that I would be surprised it doesn’t bankrupt their entire US business, despite their nice product. Can’t imagine clients being content with having to email CS again, and again, only to get template replies in return, and not having the issue resolved. I have been using some of their products for decades now, since it was launched in Italy in the late 1990s, but the frustrating experience with emailing CS agent Tihomila made me almost hate the whole business!

I went to the worldwide Intimissimi site 6/2/24 and clicked on Mexico (where I am) and placed an order for about $100USD in merchandise, I later received a strange confirmation email (text format, not html, poor English when I would expect Spanish), I followed up multiple times about shipping, finally something shipped from China, I got tracking, when it arrived it was a $1 pair of very fake Gucci sunglasses. I contacted Intimissimi and they say they do not have a Mexican website and can't keep up with the faud and are not responsible. Beware of ordering from this company as there are fake sites linked from their official worldwide site. My credit card will not refund me so I am out $100.
