i ordered some lamps and housings. At payment something went wrong and after giving them a call they quickly notified me that 1 article was 'long delivery'. After checking they couldnt deliver it anymore. We agreed to remove it from the order and they adjusted the order so i could choose another option to pay. Later that day i noticed something was missing in my order (my fault), replied to their confirmation mail they sended earlier, the next day they added this for me. I paid and 3 days later the parcel arrived. All of my articles received like i requested.
So for me:
Fast delivery (within 5 days is ok for me)
friendly support and helpfull
products like stated on the website
Would i give positive feedback and recommend them: Yes

Intoled is giving a really good service. The products they supply are from a great quality and easy to install, and if there is a product with a problem, the afterservice is also brilliant.

After receiving a wall light which turned out to be defective I contacted Intoled.
I was asked to send some pictures depicting the problem. After all was clear, a replacement was send immediately.
The communication was friendly and to the point. Well done.

Short clear services, good products

I purchased a set of 4 LED lights for my new office. Unfortunately 2 weren't working. After a few messages I received 2 new lights, which are working perfectly fine! I love the bright light they are giving.

A product was wrong calculated on Amazon. I Contacted the company and they responded immediately and refunded the difference.

Perfect service from Into-led!
Had a problem with one of their garden spots (fixtures) I had bought over 2 years ago.
Contacted their customer service, explained my problem and just asked them if it would be possible to buy spare parts for their spots.
Customer services asked for some more details, which I provided. I also send them some pictures as evidence.
Customer service decided to replace the whole spot set I had bought from them for free and so they did !
I was very satisfied with their way of handling my problem!

The goods were delivered in two packages. That wasn’t clear from the order at first.
Problem solved with the second package!

First we start with an great and perfect Product. After an defect on the transport, Into LED done an perfect Job with an very fast and simple complicate less replacement. So i real can say to buy always again from Into LED. Superb Service, nice people and very powerfull Kente. She / Hi was very helpfull in that case and solved all fast and customer orientated. Good service, product was not working, they send me a new good working product

I live in the UK. The company Into-Led are based in the EU - Netherlands. I bought 30m of LED strip lights which came to €113. The lights were delivered and seemed a decent product, but they weren't suitable for my project. I'm just a private individual, not a business. I then decided to return the lights under the 30 day return policy. I've had to pay £14 for postage with Evri and after the postage I've had to pay a further €29 for VAT and duties. That means VAT was paid when it was sold from EU to UK initially and now it's being paid a second time going from the UK to the EU. VAT should not be paid twice and the company in the EU can claim this money back. It's now nearly cost me half the cost of the product to return the goods. The VAT should not be applicable as I am not selling the product to the EU, I'm just returning it, but it seems an individual can't claim it, it must be through the company that sells the goods and Into-Led won't pay anything towards the return. If you are not in the EU then I would strongly advise not buying from Into-Led for this reason as it can be a costly mistake. Still waiting on a final outcome as goods are still in transit. Will amend and update review if outcome changes.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO SELLERS REPLY:

If Temu can provide free returns back to China for goods costing a few pounds, it doesn't seem unreasonable that Into-Led can at least provide a returns label or simple instructions to follow! Poor after service and it would discourage me from buying again despite pleasant reply from the customer service team. It isnt really good enough to just state the cost of return is down to the buyer. The buyer has no idea that its going to cost half the cost of a product. Costs and assistance in returning the item should be laid out clearly beforehand. Shame, because everything else was fairly positive.

Had a problem with a few cable connectors that seemed not be completely watertight.
Mentioned it to INTOLED and got an answer almost instantly with a swift replacement proposal.
Excellent and friendly service!
Next to that, no problems with all the other items I bought over the years.

Received 10 Hoftroniq Led lamps. 1 broke 10min after install.
I contacted the helpdesk via whatsapp as indicated on their website. After some data interchange with Naomi the case could be closed.
