Still 4 stars because of great follow up after defect within warranty. No need to send back items and replacement within a few days.

Very good after-sales service
One LED-light was broken when delivered (although the box clearly said 'handle with care'...).
INTOLED was very understanding and offered to send a new LED-light.
I received it, free of charge, within 3 days after the delivery of the broken one.
The person who I talked to was very friendly and helpful.

Good HOFTRONIC light delivered to the uk within 5 days. Minor customer service issues dealt with promptly and efficiently. Very good value for money despite the postage costs to the UK. As they use DPD as the carrier to UK I recommend registering in advance on the DPD app and tracking the parcel to your door.

My appreciation for solving the problem in a very good way. The driver that controlled the 8 LED spots in our new veranda did not work completely correctly. After contacting Intoled I made a video of the problem. After this it was indicated that the driver was indeed defective and I received a new one. Nicely solved!! Thanks

I recently bought 3 pcs of LED light to put in my garage, unfortunately one of them did not function very well. The 2 other LED light performed amazingly well.
After contacting the customer service (mrs.Manon) they immidiately shipped another LED light.
