ICP's decision to have Steven on their mentoring team is genius. If you're looking to crack the code of venture capital recruitment, Steven and ICP are your guiding lights.

Forget textbooks, the ICP private equity guides gave me the edge I needed to stand out and feel confident. I knew I was in the right track when my answers to questions made the hiring manager smile, which then led to a paid job offer. There are many strategies like how to handle objections.

The experience has been 100% great, and they've lived up to everything that they have promised. Hannah and Steven have helped me immensely and when things have gotten tough (family situation) they have offered great support and assistance.

I didn't want to write this review because I didn't want everyone knowing how powerful ICP's guides are but I felt compelled because of how supportive the team has been. The recruitment guide spill the beans on the ins and outs of investment banking, turning it into a roadmap for success. Everything you could want to know is in there.

Although I only buy the guides, they offered me free consultation with no time limit so I could apply what I was learning in the best way. That just shows their dedication. They didn't try to sell me on anything. There are people who think there a scam because some of their services are paid, but they have results. When I saved up some more I know who to call. The company wants 7k a month to help you write a CV and cover letter. Then you apply to jobs. This has to be a joke.

They bait you from jobs board as a normal listing of jobs and they are in fact a charging service for preparing for internships.

ICP has a wonderful team of people working with you in your learning journey. Ultimately it’s up to you what you get out of it, but the tools experience resources provided are extremely beneficial to your personal success. The hands on experience along with additional help regarding interviews, CV, cover letters, and anything else they can do to assist you in your career path makes it worth your while.

I am currently studying at a German Target School. The first contact with IntoCityPrep was pleasant and cooperative. As a German, an English Training internship is completely new territory. The preparation within the Corporate Finance Institute was outstanding. You get the skills to succeed. I recommend the program for ambitious students strongly.

The experience I had with ICP was outstanding. Coming from a non-target school, I felt like I was far behind the level I needed to be out of university. The internship helped me build the basic, and advanced knowledge needed to thrive in the finance industry. The 3 month program helped me thoroughly grasp the financial modelling/analysis skills needed to succeed, while enabling me to build on the soft skills that are really important in jobs within the financial industry.

I was skeptical at first but after reaching the 2nd month I started seeing the growth in my capabilities to analyze data and present it at an institutional level. It is much more rigorous than I'd expect and worth it after spending the hours to grow as a financial analyst.

After applying to over 200 companies in few months and having no success, I felt that I needed to change my strategy. I took their tips on networking with peers, recruiters, and hiring managers. I received over 2 job offers in 3 months. Can not recommend the program enough and looking forward to the future successes in my career with them.

After a 2 week shadowing internship in private equity I knew this was what I wanted to do but didn’t have all the skills like doing an LBO. My handlers were able to fill gaps in my existing knowledge of private equity very quickly. In my internship, I developed my skills by sourcing, and then pitching, original deals. The mentorship and training I received during my 12 weeks with Into City Prep and my placement were eye opening. I would describe the experience as both educational and professionally testing. Anyone interested in careers in private equity will find it beneficial.
