Japan family trip

The entire trip was far beyond our expectations, and it is hard to find a moment which stands out, as really everything was fantastic! Organization was perfect and everything went totally smooth. Absolute 5-star rating for the overall experience and our amazing vacation!

More interested in your money than your holiday

Only interested if you meet their minimum spend criteria, which is greater than almost all the tours they actually advertise.

Having spoken with them at a recent London travel show I emailed them an itinerary (based on trips in their brochure and website that start in the £3000 region) for a holiday in October/November 2023. This was their response -

"Japan re-opened to tourists in October 2022 and we are now very busy....... in order to ensure we can continue to provide high levels of services for the trips we are handling, we are currently unable to offer new arrangement requests with value less than 16,000 GBP for tours starting after June 2023. If your budget (without flights) is OK on this basis please confirm and we can start planning your trip. If not I am really sorry but we cannot help."

Wow! So in other words you can only get a good service from this company if you are prepared to pay lots more than is necessary for your trip! Surely in such circumstances you deal with requests on “first come first served” basis, not monetary value. How does the amount someone pays for a trip affect your ability to provide a good level of service? Sounds more like another company trying to recover Covid losses by profiteering from current travellers!
