Excellent plumber, excellent response always, have used them several times and they always get straight back and out quickly for emergencies. Did our gas hob and got it all fitted and tested quickly and without fuss, no mess, great price. Highly recommend these guys, all their engineers seem to be really good. Thank you!

IntoPlumbing first did work for me following a very bad water leak in my home, then recently drained my heating system to replace radiator valves.

Needed a plumber last weekend and thought I'd try someone local, called twice, left a message (leaving my name and number 2 or 3 times) and they didn't have the courtesy to get back to me even to say they couldn't help.

A headline on their website:
"REACTIVE RESPONSE WITH NO CALL OUT CHARGE"
Should add NOT and DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH at the end.

If I was on call and couldn't work the first thing I'd do is see if someone else could cover. If I couldn't find anyone, I'd at least answer the phone or return calls.
I'm no competitor, I'm not that sad or lonely to waste time making up crap about your company. I am the type of person who takes time to write reviews when I have a good or bad experience. Don't take it so personally, it might effect your blood pressure. Feeling butt hurt are we? Just one more thing, the word is ill not I'll.

All feedback is necessary. If you want to hide behind good reviews and can't handle a bad one (especially one that you tried to get removed) don't use Trustpilot, It's the whole point of the system.
My last piece of advice is... Only use question marks at the end of a sentence, when you've asked a question.

Great service from start to finish, from Darren giving advice & keeping me up to date with the time scale to Steve & Tom on the day doing the job. Really happy with the end result. I’ll definitely use Into Plumbing again & wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.

Into heating were very efficient, arrived when agreed and figured out a difficult problem with the heating thermostat. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, trustworthy, professional and punctual. Recently I moved in this area and luckily I found Into plumbing. They quickly shortened out my boiler, Setup hive and plumbing.
Specially Darren has been extremely helpful and provided the best service. I highly recommend them.

Can highly recommended Darren and Into. British Gas told us we needed a Powerflush, at a cost of >£900.
Darren and his team managed to resolve our multiple heating system issues for almost half of what British Gas quoted us, and without having to do a Powerflush.
I found Darren honest and trustworthy to deal with and would definitely use his company again.

The heating engineer phoned to alert me to his arrival in 10 mins. He took the trouble to take off his shoes, that I insisted was not required but he did it anyway . His manner was completely courteous and the whole service was accomplished without any fuss. He had to remove a few things from where the boiler is situated and put everything back tidily. He gave me some great advice on how to get the best out of my system but the main thing was he had our heating and hot water up and running same day.
Excellent experience.

Usually you call a plumbing and heating company and don’t get a response these guy not only called me back within 5 minutes but turned up within 2 hours and got us back up and running fantastic

Called out this company for an emergency leak in the bedroom and they came around to fix it. Paid by time and was here a while to say the least. However issue not fully fixed and slow leak still. Had other issues including the boiler and other radiator, so we called them back. We advised this was urgent as my wife was heavily pregnant and the work needed on the soon to be babies room. Completed before arrival and to cause less stress for her. They came around on the 12/04/2023. Where they attempted to sort the leak advised above and importantly provide a quote for all the work in worst case. Again I made it clear this was urgent to which they agreed would provide straight away. Again the leak was not fixed and also been over three weeks and still no full quote. Communications have been awful and had to chase constantly with them not coming back to me again and again.

Second time they attended (after emergency call out) they advised a day but failed to provide to give a rough time, even morning or afternoon. Had to chase twice.

17th April reminded of quote (urgent). No reply, no update and I again had to chase on 24th April. 24th April they asked for my email address (provided before) and they said they would send the quote (aware how urgent).
Again no emails, no comms and again had to chase on 27th April.
They then provided a half hearted (at best) part quote. Clearly not what I fully asked for. I immediately asked for them to send the rest and no reply again.
Messaged again on 03/05/2023 and you guessed it..... No reply. Ignored.

All communications via WhatsApp (seen delivered etc.) so no excuses.

The point is, this was urgent and they knew this. But they failed to stop a simple leak, their communication is terrible and not to be trusted. So many fake, bots, company friends adding positive reviews and feel some would like to know the truth.

I know like other companies, they will make excuses, but I have recorded all communications (emails, text messages and chats when attended) so can substantiate all of this easily.
