We focus in neuromuscular therapy, a form of deep tissue to get into the focal points of myofascial dysfunction and use static pressure to release both restricted muscles and fascia. We look for adhesions, trigger points, and nerve impingements, then look at health history, lifestyle, and other factors to keep pain from coming back. Neuromuscular therapy is a comprehensive approach to massage therapy. We not only focus on the manual therapy, but also identify and address muscle strength imbalances by assigning appropriate stretches and exercises. We also look at lifestyle factors such as diet, work stations, and sleep habits to create a plan with you to address and eliminate perpetuating factors of your pain. Because of this all around approach, this therapy is classified as sports massage, medical massage, deep tissue, and pain management massage. We treat symptoms of pain relating to disease, injury, and wear and tear, but we are also an excellent option for athletes and active lifestyle peoples for identifying perpetuating factors and preventing them from escalating into injury. We do pre-event and post-event massage for athletic events and are an excellent choice for rehabilitative care. We also provide an array of myofascial therapies, from cupping, to ultrasound, to cryotherapies, giving you what you need to get out of pain. Most of all, we care about you. We have a wide network of conventional and alternative healthcare providers so that if we can't fix you, we know someone who can. We are effectively trained to identify signs and symptoms of nearly any class of disease so we know when your care is best handled by other professionals.
