Intragarten's plants arrived dead and they don't respond or resolve the issue
I have placed an order with Intragarten worth €103.35 on September 20, after checking with their Sales team that they could ship to my address.
The plants were shipped on September 26. On October 6 the plants had not arrived, and the Intragarten team told me: "sollte erwas mit den Pflanzen nicht in Ordung sein nach Erhalt, bitte wir Sie sich noch einmal bei uns zu melden”
The plants arrived on October 9 in very bad shape and were unusable, so I contacted Intragarten and sent photos. The next day, they asked me for more photos, which I sent.
I haven’t head anything from them since. To this day - November 14 - after numerous attempts to contact Intragarten over email and phone, they have failed to respond and to resolve this situation.
I find this conduct absolutely appalling.
