We’ve been hosting many J1 visas (mostly from France) over the last 17 years and this has been largely a pleasant experience until the recent fiasco that happened during the time of my vacation in July this year 2025.

An intern we just hired (name is Amel Ouchene) took advantage of the fact we were temporarily not present in order contact her sponsor (Intrax) to falsely complain about her situation (she arrived only one week before).
=> We understand she created this situation because she had found a better paid internship in another local company.

The problem is that Intrax has not contacted us at any point, nor any employee in the company (except the intern herself) to ask about the complain reported by the intern.

Actually we had to contact them ourself to ask for some clarifications about what happened with the new intern Amel Ouchene, that they decided unilaterally, without talking to us to remove from our company for another company.

This had a financial and organizational cost for our company.

They are very efficient, kind and they give good explanation. When we need information, they are willing to give as much as possible. They are very good so I’ll go with them for my second visa. I recommend them 100%
