From initial quotation, ordering and through to delivery everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. Next time I need trim etc. for my never ending renovations, Intrim will be my first port of call.

You guys helped me out by turning it around quickly, which I really appreciate. My only downside is that I could've got it 30% cheaper from Porta Moulding.. & your MDF profile is 1-2mm difference in thickness & width as indicated on your website !

I found the Intrim ways of working rather frustrating. It was further exacerbated when there order system broke down and further delayed my plans.
I had originally wanted to place the order and pick up myself, understanding the stock was in store and available. To be told delivery of one week would be the same as me picking up the goods is absolutely unbelieveable!,
Intrim need to be more responsive to orders. No wonder builders are going out of business. Its supply chains like this that make planning extremely difficult. The goods arrived ($120 delivery cost) as per order. The product was well packed and in good quality with no damage.

Really bad experience about the delivery. It’s really put my project program behind and costed me more money. I have to pickup the materials from depot ourselves.

Although my job was very small compared to the size of other orders this company undertakes, they agreed to do my job at no extra cost. They provided top quality products that I wanted with the complete installation instructions. Also they delivered the products in a ready to install as they promised.

I ordered on-line but Felicity made sure I completed the payment, provided follow-up details & arranged delivery promptly & efficiently (which arrived fuss-free & on time). The only suggestion I have is perhaps Intrim could ensure it has samples of all skirtings in stock to provide to customers. Even if there’s a charge which gets deducted from the order.
Some folks would prefer to see the item ‘in the flesh’ and in situ. Especially since there’s no opportunity to return goods ordered in error.

Good help getting my January order expedited.
