I went in to collect a cap I bought online and ended up buying a Thom Krom tshirt and Thom Krom shorts. Nothing was too much trouble and I was also introduced to Past Tense, a label I haven;t heard of before. A great store for "labels without logos". Lots of directional fashion for people who like the Rick Owens, CDG Black/Homme Plus, Transit, Thom Krom, Isabel Benanto aesthetic. I also dont understand the negative Google reviews, there was no pushiness on my visit.

I ordered originally via Trouva. Intro informed me that they were not being paid by Trouva and advised me to cancel and reorder direct. I did so and my delivery arrived the following day.

From point of order to receipt of goods…
From point of order to receipt of goods was fine only issue being very poor packaging where 2 x jumpers stuffed into one small plastic bag and delivery envelope. I recently purchased a pair of jeans from Boss where the packaging was of such a high quality for such a quality brand!!

Really courteous and helpful company
I have only good things to say about this company. My original order did not arrive or was stolen from where it had been left.INTRO contacted me and resolved the matter immediately and sent a replacement which arrived safely. They were courteous and most helpful and efficient.

As you can see by the tracking we dropped off your parcel on the same day that your order was placed, on the 9th of May. It was out for delivery the following day, the 10th of May with Evri that unfortunetly, for reasons out of our control, had to rearrange the delivery for the next working day which is today, the 13th of May. The parcel is already out for delivery again and I'm sure they are trying to deliver it as soon as possible.
