Early engagement with Kourosh at IntroProperty was promising. Found an on market deal to suit what I was looking for and I paid a fee. The sale didn’t go ahead as the seller stopped engaging. I’ve since been asking for a refund of my fee (paid in June 2023). Communication has been noticeably less pre fee payment to post fee payment. Most recently, I’ve been promised a refund of fee in 60 days. Will update the review accordingly.

I am new to property investing and reached out to them through a recommendation.

Complete scam. Takes your money then you won’t hear from them. Have been trying to get my money back since March but they’ve completely ignored me. Having to go through legal routes to get my money back because of this. Don’t waste your time or money on this company. Will offer you a good deal and then ask you for more money when you’ve paid because of their incompetence. Do not use this company.
