Aweful - they lock you out of your own investments

So they have a "secure" system which requires that you set answers to a selection of three questions.

Then when you try to log in you get a different questions that you have set no answer to - of course you can't log in.

You can talk to a useless bot, or send a message that they may respond to in 10 days.

Appalling!

All I want to do is to change my surname

All I want to do is to change my surname because I have recently married. Trying to do this on Investor Centre's website is impossible. I have the correct password that I have always used, but now apparently it is not my password. Trying to just start again with "Forgot my password" which, of course I have not, is impossible because it just takes me back to incorrect password even though it is a new password. All this is so frustrating that I have given up.
