Phone Cust. service plus. Corp. book keeping, not so much.

Phone customer service did a great job. Investor Place overall a little less so. I contacted customer service to notify of a credit card # change to address billing for 2/6/2024. It was then I was informed to ignore that email in that the program had changed name and that new billing date is actually 3/31/2024. Additionally, IP's physical address had changed from Rockville, MD to Baltimore MD. I've subscribed to several services from Investor Place starting in 2019. I know most everything is on the internet, which is what prompted my address question to cust.serv. since Rockville, MD was programed in phone. Brick & Mortar addresses seem to be less & less important in daily use, but they continue to be important to legal and newsworthy events.

The customer service rep helped me find on your web page the clip that I wanted. There was a fairly long wait time, but I got the help that I needed.

Spoke with Vienna today and she was very helpful. I asked that my auto renew for Investor Place be cancelled because I did not see any value in that subscription. She immediately cancelled it and refundd the current year subscription price becasue told her that I had not used it. Outstanding. Thanks, I appreciate that.

After paying about $20,000 for…

After paying about $20,000 for Services, my account was shut off for an unknown reason. I approved the payment of $800 with the sales rep to charge my credit card and next thing I know my service has been down for a month or so. I would have been nice to know that I needed to approve this a second time, or at the very least, that my service was being shut off. Not a good look for Investor Place.

Customer Service representative was wonderful fixing the issues and getting me back up.

Andy listened to my problem without interrupting or jumping to conclusions, researched the issue, fixed it in the background and got back on the line with a completed fix. Then Andy stayed on the phone to ensure the fix worked on my end.
