I have no problems with this site and am happy with the returns on my investment

I originally had put a review in that I thought I had been scammed as I couldn’t get into my account but I am 💯 retracting that as Donnie my account manager had got in touch, there was a minor issue with the email address and that was the issue. Donnie has supported me this past 5-6 weeks, taught me a lot and had my back. I jumped to quick to because of other reviews and panicked, instead I should have waited until the Easter holidays were over and give time for the matter to be resolved which it now has very easily. With this happening I fully trust the company and looking forward to continuing the relationship with Donnie as my account grows

Sadly investQhub.com is a scam. I invested the minimum £200 two months ago and was coached by a very pleasant plausible guide from the company to make very small investments on FOREX . These were very successful in that they made a 12% profit over weeks. I resisted the frequent calls to invest larger sums and was concerned the only way to withdraw funds was apparently to open a bitcoin account.
Last week I decided to withdraw my small investment once my trades had all closed, but from the 30/03/2024 find that the company website has closed as has the helpline. Money lost and lesson learnt.
The financial conduct authority advice is that this is an unauthorised company and not to go near it.

My dad has recently invested £200 in this company, which I have been managing on his behalf... We had been doing well for the month my dad had his account, until Good Friday, when the webpage suddenly isn't recognised any more. We can no longer get into the platform to view his account... We have a feeling they've closed down and stolen everyone's money in the process...

So, they haven't run off with anyone's money. Their investors, apparently, made a decision to change the website domain and have gone ahead with this change before they've (Investq) had the opportunity to inform their customers.
1 star has been changed to 2 stars because the man (cannot use the term 'gentleman') helped me to get back onto their site. However, this man's attitude was terrible, from the start of the phone call to the end. With very heavy, deep, fed up sighs and an extremely condescending and patronising bedside manner...
He tried to inform me that Google Chrome wasn't a web browser and that I need to use a web browser. I informed him I have a diploma in computers, so I know Google Chrome is a web browser. To which his reply was, "Well I also have a diploma, in something else, obviously!" What it isn't is customer service. He needs to go back to school to acquire this, in the meantime his bosses need to review his telephone manner. Whenever I mentioned his manner of speaking he informed me it was because he had been making calls to inform customers of the new web domain all day... That isn't the fault of the customer and he has no right speaking to people like he did...

I made a big mistake in making an initial investment in this company. Tried to log into my account the following day and password does not work, password reset isn’t sending my email link, have tried their various email addresses to request a refund and al, have come back with a failure notice!, total scam!!!

This company are ran by fraudsters. Can’t get my own deposit. Got endless calls to invest more and more, tens of thousands pounds. But you can’t withdraw your own funds. Be aware - scammers.

In two months, I have recorded 17 different mobile numbers I was called from, each of them becomes inactive within 2 to 7 days.

This was my first experience of investing/trading and I was very nervous and skeptical. I invested the minimum £250 and with the guidance of Bill Anderson have started to build an understanding of trading. Bill is friendly, funny and very patient, he’s been making sure I’m comfortable with the trades made and explains things brilliantly. With Bill’s guidance I’ve invested a little more and have been thrilled with the returns. I’ve taken $50 out and credited my bank account (which converted to around £38) so tested withdrawing money which worked fine. Bill is in contact with me daily and keeps a close eye on my account. So far it’s been a great experience and long may it continue.

I'm feeling amazing with this company! I've deposited 40,000 + and I've seen amazing results. My success manager Marvin Ross helped me a lot with the whole process he is a true LEGEND! 100% recommend these guys know what they are doing.

I went in to this 'investment' with the knowledge that they could be open and honest, or be a fake. What I didnt like from the start was a fake invoice, itemised to look like services rendered and VAT, just to give me the details for depositing and stop banks from withholding funds. I said I would prefer honesty, as I did the transfer of my own free will. After the trading platform had been going a short while, I asked about with drawing some, and some was transferred to me the same day in bitcoin, and yet when I asked for a larger amount, (essentially to test them out) all hell broke out, and customer services couldn't help so transferred the task to my success manager, who got abusive, defensive and rude, but without explaining the process, essentially screaming and shouting that he had spent loads of time on me, requesting more funds be deposited, which I hadn't. By not investing and wanting more out than I invested I was effectively an a-hole, and ruining his success. My 'Success Manager' is apparently looking after 100s of Millions of dollars, for other clients and I didn't think my small investment would have any affect on his success or income. According to customer services, transfers to clients take 5 working days but after 5 days nothing just more abuse and excuses. According to the investers individual screen, there is a total account balance and an amount available to withdraw but this could just as well be numbers pluck out of the air as, to withdraw funds is always handled by your 'Success Manager' and it's in their interest not to pay you. If this is a real firm, it is doing itself and its customers a great dis-service. So avoid this firm.

I had a dealing with InvestQhub, Mr Anthony Becker was assigned to me. Was charming and helpful but it got too tedious so I decided againstt the programme and requested the £249.99 paid. Anthony Becker ensured that I got the refund back after 3 weeks. That was very honest of him, which I greatly appreciated albeit the time it took.

Started off ok, with £200 made a bit of money added Another £1000 and made a bit more. When I added £10000 that's when it went down hill....one trade took out the 20% they said they were working with, then the £11000 equity and the profit that was made in the first place. Only way I could make the money back was to put more in......!!!!!! Not heard from them since.

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I initially put £200 into this platform after a phone call from a very convincing Advisor. I was told I could withdraw my money at anytime. Not the case!
I told this person that I had no experience in the trading world whatsoever. To cut a very long story short, I was asked to deposit another £1,000, which unfortunately, I did. When I told this guy that I had no more money, he asked me to take it from a credit card. My car got damaged, so I contacted him to withdraw my money. He told me that there was none left. I am devastated to say the very least. This too has affected my mental health. This was my savings and it’s gone. InvestQHub PLEASE DON’T RESPOND!

Scammers! They want your money and when you refuse, they bombard you with calls daily, from multiple numbers. I've even had calls late at night and at early hours of the morning!!
on the odd occasion, when i answer, they hang up.
This is nothing but harassment and extremely frustrating! Furthermore, your details are shared either within the company and/or they are shared with other companies WITHOUT your consent! I'm saying this as I'm getting calls from companies I've never heard of, all claiming to be some sort of trading company. Eg. Seven PIP, Traders Republic. One caller ended the call when I asked which company they are calling from!
Please stay well away IF you would like to maintain your sanity!

Final update. In the interest of full transparency and honesty (something sadly lacking at InvestQHub) I am pleased to say that InvestQHub have now refunded my investment with the following explanation:-

'After thoroughly reviewing your account, we have determined that you have purchased a package from an educational platform and you have received a trading account with us as a part of the abovementioned package with the amount credited in it.'

'In addition, after a further analysis, we concluded that your refund for the purchase has been executed from the educational platform on 26.03.2023 for the amount of 197 GBP.'

Yet more lies, there has never at any time been a mention of an 'educational platform' it's just smoke and mirrors leading to what they believe is an honourable back-down! The fact is that the only reason they refunded my money was in the hope that I would edit favourably or even remove my Trustpilot review with the following request:-

'It would mean a lot to us if we can bring back your satisfaction and we hope that our assistance in this matter can lead to the eventual modification or removal of your Trustpilot review.'

Yes I've edited it but no, I will not remove it as that would be doing a disservice to anyone thinking of 'investing' with these charlatans.

Finally, I would like to thank Trustpilot who, after InvestQHub protested and had my review removed, found in my favour and reinstated my review, which ultimately led to my refund. Thank you!

An update to the review below - InvestQHub are NOT authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. In fact, the FCA website states 'This is an unauthorised firm that uses the details of a genuine FCA regulated firm when offering products and services. This makes the unauthorised firm appear as if it is regulated. We strongly suggest you do not deal with unauthorised firms.

I wish I'd checked the FCA website before contacting these scumbags.

These people are ruthless scammers. Fortunately, I only 'invested' the initial £200 but when I refused to increase my investment during only my second conversation with my so-called 'success manager', he became aggressive, condescending and boarderline abusive. The following day my money had disappeared. The company claim that i made the investment which I DID NOT, I am completely new to this game, my 'success manager' did it, as a demonstration. The company also insist that they do not give investment advice, which is an out and out lie - my 'success manager' spent an hour explaining who I should invest with, and why! Lastly, he said I couldn't ever lose my money because I should only ever invest 20% of my fund which I found a bit odd - until I thought about it and came to the conclusion that the remaining 80% is probably used by InvestQHub for their own gain. By the way, he only invested $30 from my fund, and yet the entire fund has gone - how can that be possible?
This is my honest and true experience with this bunch of thieving low-lifes, if you choose to ignore my advice to avoid them like the plague, then good luck to you, I hope your experience is better than mine - at least I only lost £200 (now refunded, see above)...

We are novices at trading in the markets but have found our broker, Bill Anderson, so helpful and extraordinarily patient, friendly, and his expertise at investing our money is amazing. We are thrilled with our experience and hopefully Bill will continue to guide us on our journey. Thank you, Bill, we appreciate you.

Initially I was a bit hesitant and apprehensive but after getting started I got to receive guidance from Jamie Reid, who has proved to be a a really good professional and I trust his expertise fully. I really do praise and recommend. I'm very happy with my profits so far ! The platform as well is very user-friendly and versatile. Brian Costello from Customer Support has been very helpful as well.

I invested £499 last month and I have been told I can withdraw my funds with no question. I made a little profit less than half of my investment. I wanted to withdraw but my assistant kept asking me why and is better to keep the money.
I sent an email to complain. Then another assistant gave me a call and again keep questioning me . When I answered I need it for my health treatment and I don't want to invest anymore. She shouted at me on the phone saying why did I invest money from the beginning.
I sent another email complain, days later another assistant called me and again he kept telling me keep the money few more days investing, and when I refused and asked to exactly what should I do to withdraw the money. He kept talking over me and he told me SHUT UP 🤐
I couldn't believe what I heard I was shocked and getting stressed. How can any company employ rude people like that. I am still waiting for someone who is not rude to help me withdraw my money.

Now I am going to complain to Ombudsman maybe I can get something from this investqhub Company.

My Success Manager Marvin was very patient and helped me make good profits.

If you’re interested in investing in the market this is the company to go with. I was very speculative of the whole thing but my mentor Carlos Calderon talked me through the whole thing. It’s secure safe and trustworthy. Carlos should be saint Carlos for the man has the patience’s of one. God of knowledge and understanding. The system is safe, easy to follow and above all generates wealth. I recommend you go no where else.

I have just joined invests and I’m glad to be working with Bianca. Being new to this, I do appreciate having someone to support me and help me gain the necessary knowledge I need. Ian a has been very supportive and k am looking forward to working with her.
