Bought about 14 items from them and 1…

Bought about 14 items from them and 1 item came with stitching around sleeve torn and coming off. I followed the return policy on how to report damaged items via email. It's been 2 weeks and 3 follow up emails and not a single reply back.

I ordered items as a gift at Christmas

I ordered items as a gift at Christmas. One of the items, the hip thrust pad, is not working as intended. It slides on the barbell, resulting in instability. I have reached out to the company through two avenues and responded to their request for a rating, and no response to date.

Ordered a pair of shorts for a friend’s birthday and they arrived with the compression portion sewn backwards inside the shorts. They are completely unwearable…

No big deal, they’ve got a refund/return/exchange policy….

Except they don’t respond. It’s been 3 months and no response… HUGE scam… also appear to be paying influencers to leave good reviews despite poor quality control… absolutely insane…

Likely going to have to get lawyers involved… over a pair of shorts. Ridiculous

I ordered the Hero Lever Belt for my son. We received an empty box. I messaged Invicta Kuru on Instagram. They made it right and sent the belt we ordered so quickly.

It is awesome. Amazing quality and the design is so unique. I would order their merchandise again!! Great company, amazing products!

Truly nice people.

buyer beware

buyer beware. Placed a well over 100$ order on black friday. Got a confirmation email with tracking. Tracking status has not moved its been sitting at "UPS waiting for package" its been almost a month since I ordered it have sent 4 or 5 emails to customer service the first one got a vague reply of "we will check the warehouse" with no follow up response. Still no package out around 200$ and "customer service" that doesnt reply/follow up on complaints.

Ordered a $119 lifting belt

Ordered a $119 lifting belt. After a month of "waiting for deliver" status the tracking number went dead, package ststus was listed as unknown, and when you email the company you get NO response... so, order at your own risk.

Spent over 140 on 2 sets and they…

Spent over 140 on 2 sets and they arrived missing colored dye in multiple areas. Had to pay out of pocket for return of item and then didn't respond to emails for weeks only to come back and refund the order minus shipping which it was stated it would be refunded too. Found the same outfits on aliexpress that they ordered in bulk and screenprinted their label into. Ordered same exact sets on Ali for 30 bucks and they arrived WITHOUT dye issues. Make that make sense. Save your time and money. As someone who felt BOTH sets materials, I tell you EXACT SAME sets. They are 1000% ordering from them and selling at a 200% increase. You dont get them any quicker from invicta than you do ali.

Their cancelation policy is pretty bad

Their cancelation policy is pretty bad, I messed up something in my order so I attempted to cancel it right after placing it and to do so you have to email them? Well I did that and the next day they said they could not cancel my order because it had already been shipped. No other instructions. So now I have to wait for it to arrive and then figure out how to return it and I am out that money until they can finally process a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

If i could give less I would. I started a return and did everything they asked and now they wont give me my money back. The products were extremely low quality and the sports bra I ordered was falling apart before I even opened the bag. Now im over $100 out and didnt even get to keep the cheap clothes. Their customer service was no help and took over a month just to come to that conclusion because they were so slow to respond.

Items appeared good online - shit quality

Items appeared good online. Purchased two of the womens sets, once they arrived it was clear that they were very cheap quality and do not meet the needs of female gym clothing. If you have a bra size bigger than an A cup dont waste your time, absolutely no support in the bra. I've initiated a return process, which is not user friendly and appears that way to be a deterrent. Additionally reading their disclaimer on the website and other reviews regarding returns I'm quite sceptical about getting a refund.

It’s a NO from me!

1 star is too much if ask me! Ordered birthday presents , glitch on website changed sizes to xs from large, noticed right away and emailed them, 3 whole minutes since ordering, email was ignored! Contacted in discord ignored and when I eventually got an answer it was just “someone will be in touch”. Closed the ticket on discord saying order issue was my fault, I did not order the wrong size!!!

5 days later got response via email saying items already shipped agreed to refund postage for return, never happened returned items for exchange at the end of August they have ignored every communication since, so no items and no refund. Customer service is appalling, and while their items are ok I have bought the same shorts and tops for much less n another site (exactly the same quality) infact I would go as far as saying most likely similar to where they purchase without the 100% mark-up.

I have now taken it to my bank to retrieve my money as it is clear there is no intention of sending replacements.

If you like the items google is your friend and you will find them much cheaper, better customer service, good response times, no extra charges for delivery and delivery very quick.

Siiick af

Delivery took only 10 days from USA to Germany. Shorts and shirts are exactly as described, good quality and feels very nice on the skin. Will buy again and can recommend it.
Probably the only legit anime x gym store there really is.

Order issue

Had an issue with an order I placed a month ago. So I DM’d them on instagram. I got a response on the matter in a very timely manner. Offered to refund a difference in my order or choose another product as well. Was able to correct it and my order was shipped immediately after. Great job and amazing customer service!

I have bought a couple of gym bags and compression shirts. I really like them a lot, they are good quality and actually last a long while. and honestly its the only anime gym brand im willing to buy from again and again. I just recently bought a dragon ball themed bag for my friend, since i liked it so much, i think they would love it.

I wish i could give 0 star!

Im giving one star cause i can't give zero!
Ordered beginning of november 2024 since it was a christmas gift. Ordered pair of shorts and a belt. Received a package in JANUARY at the postal office saying i had 75$ fees to pay. On the package it said it had the belt and the shorts inside,only the shorts were in. Contacted them thousand times,to final'y have an answer. Dude tells me he'll ship the belt and all that crap. So i'm waiting..remember this is a CHRISTMAS GIFT and still nothing. We're in february by now. I reach them back cause why tf is it that long. The belt is out of stock. LOL so why tell me you shipped it? Reach them back,tell them i don't want to pay fees again since it's their mistake. Finally received a package 3 MONTHS later with the same 75$ fees that they said the would cover this time! Reach them again,they say it's none of their business. So i tell them i want a refund cause this shit makes NO sense. Disappeared! Not a single answer since then. They have no costumer service it's literally the worst company i've had to deal with.

Products good, customer service is horrible

**BUYERS BEWARE**Their products are great, but their customer service is a nightmare. We sent back and item for exchange- after contacting customer service and followed their directions. We paid the return shipping and sent them the tracking number on our shipment, it was delivered back to them on January 13th 2025 and we STILL have not received the exchanged item (today is Feb. 5th, 2025). The customer service rep keeps saying "we will send your item" but they don't. I have 2 email threads of them stating they are sending the item and will include tracking, but they never follow through. So frustrating.

Clothes are fine—don’t hope for an exchange

I’m giving two stars at least because the items that DID fit are fine and seem to be decent quality. But the customer service was extremely disappointing, so much so that I won’t be buying anything else from them.

Invicta Kuru requires you to pay for your return shipping, which I was surprised by but accepted as a small company. I asked for an exchange on knee sleeves I got as a gift for my partner because they were too small. I cleaned the sleeves gently with a brush as they had gotten dog hair (two dogs) on them and the fabric of the sleeves attracted hair, then followed all the rules Invicta required for a return. I shipped out the package and let them know when it was expected to arrive at their warehouse. They said they’d let me know when it would arrive, but didn’t.

I followed up a few days after when I saw the tracking said it was delivered, only for their customer service team to respond claiming that an exchange was impossible because there were stains on the sleeves and that they were covered in dog hair, which was staunchly false. I replied, apologizing if I missed a bit of hair but that there was no way there were stains considering the sleeves were only tried on then promptly removed and placed in their bag for return. I then asked if they were going to provide anything back to me, or if I was just going to end up with nothing after purchasing these sleeves AND paying for their return. Considering I spent over $100 on their merchandise, it seemed a very small item to not even provide a discount so I could purchase a replacement set of sleeves if an exchange wasn’t possible. It’s been a week and a half since my last email sent and they have not responded to me. Not responding to a customer because you don’t want to confirm your own poor policy/at least apologize is unprofessional and cowardly in my opinion after working in customer service myself for over five years. I was not rude or unkind in my emails, only expressed that I wanted to ensure that I was not going to get any refund, exchange, or discount for at least returning the product on my own dime.

I’m very disappointed, to say the least, as I was excited to finally find a company that sells attractive anime clothing of decent quality. But if I can’t hope to even be treated fairly when something doesn’t fit/work, then I won’t risk purchasing from here again. I’m quite saddened by it.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Ordered my product end of Nov. Did not get any updates from them despite all my emails to follow up. 4 weeks later, they notify me the products were shipped. Products are okay quality. I had more concerns with my product but of course they have not responded and it has been 2 weeks. Good luck if you have any problems. Beware of custom fees as they are very expensive
