Ordered two watchbands for Invicta dive watches. One band was fine and the other apparently old stock as the rubber had deteriorated and was in pieces upon arrival. Contacted the company and they said they would send a replacement for the useless band. Since then, no further communication, no band, and am out funds for the first unusable band. Follow up messages have rec'd no response. Caveat Emptor
