Do not buy a battery powered Invicta watch

I bought a battery-powered Invicta watch in March this year. I started losing time within 8 months and now at 9 months is losing so much time as to be useless. I sent emails to Invicta "help" but no response. I found an Invicta email address for their service centre in Utah. They informed me that they were not an Invicta company (despite as being listed as an Invicta service agent) and understood the problem very well and they could service the watch if it was sent to them but working in Asia that made no sense. Kindly they gave me the email address of the "Invicta agent" in Hong Kong. I sent them an email to explain the problem, but no response. It is interesting that the 3 year warranty does not include battery replacement, but surely one would expect the battery to last at least 1 year or 2 years ?

As per a previous email I sent last Friday, th watch is received first I'm my freight forwarding UsCloser them redirected to me in Brazil.
I received the package last friday and as per my email I smoothly pushed the crown to ajust but te hands didn't move and instead the crown and it's axle got lose on my hands.
My question was if the watches really pass through a qualiti control before dispatched.
Now I have a big problem with a misfunctioning what and to send it back for repair or replacement would cost 3 to 4 times to go back and forth.
Please your statements about this situation.

"It usually takes up to 1 business day...but to collect money. To prepare order - more then 2 weeks or never. And no response whatsoever.

The order has been placed on 11/20/2025 and paid by credit card, payment was confirmed immediately . Order was confirmed 11/21/2025 and tracking number provided, yet the order has never been shipped. Since then, there has been NOT A SINGLE message, no response to any of mails, chat, /help-contact enquires. According to tracker, the status for 17 days remains same: 'in preparation'.

Good they accept credit cards, so after I exhaust communication, chargeback if no response comes.

what a joke of a company

what a joke of a company. I have bought several watches from invicta, but today i wanted to buy another, there were issues which i understood. But their fix and only fix was for me to cancel and reorder. I did but then the watch was sold out. So i bought same watch with different band. That night i noticed the original purchase was back in stock so i called and asked to change my order and was told only option was to cancel and reorder again!! So if I would have done that I would have had over $700 tied up in refunds and a 3rd purchase. I asked twice to speak to a manager and was sent to a voicemail whose mailbox is full so I couldnt leave a message. I got the managers email and was pretty much told they couldnt do anything it listed on their website and its a paypal thing. Rediculous that you cant change an order once placed only cancel!!! terrible customer service invicta!! i have bought my last watch from them and I will firmly stand tall to tell everyone not to buy one either!!

The Invicta watch stores on whatnot is a joke

The Invicta watch stores on whatnot is an absolute joke. I have purchased multiple watches. And supposed top-tier watches. Meaning CEO watches. Another marketing joke. This whole set up is a south Florida boys club. The one seller “Avi”is actually the CEO‘s son Avi Lalo. Another member of the team is Jacob Golan. Another close friend to the to the owner son. Who was indicated as running the outfit. Nonsense. Jacob a.k.a. Jake. Is a pompous individual who helps no one. My average wait time for watches is 9 to 10 days. Packaging is consistently damaged. And when you try to reach customer service, they hit you with scripted emails to blow you off. They use browbeating tactics during the auctions. To try to drive up the prices of these cheap watches. If they believe their product is worth so much money, they would have buy it now prices and not have to worry about having multiple sellers trying to push this garbage on the public. Be smart people don’t be a sucker like I was. Do your research if you would really like these watches, you can also purchase on Amazon if you really desire an Invicta watch. And receive it much faster. This is a pump and dump company. Be careful.

Took my money

Took my money, customer service lied about the status of the order for 3 weeks and then admitted they didn’t have anything in stock. This is a fake company, they buy T Bills, wait until maturity running return the money to you. Interest based scam out Miami.

Something must have happened with them

Something must have happened with them, because I ordered from them several times before and my orders always arrived within 4–5 business days. Now it’s been more than a week and nothing is happening, and I’m not getting any information about when my order will be shipped. All they say is that they have a lot of work. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

ordered a watch 15 days ago still has not shipped advertise 3 to 5 day processing time. will not respond
to emails asking for shipping update . But they made sure they got my money right away. Going to try and cancel my order but since they will not answer my emails don't think getting a refund is going to happen.

The most expensive items were non…

The most expensive items were non functional straight out of the box with ZERO signs of damage. I paid $15 EXTRA dollars for fast shipping and it still took 3 weeks to get everything. Then once it arrived it didnt work. On top of all that the return process took another month. Its all just unacceptable. Especially for someone like myself that orders multiple items fairly regularly. Im very disappointed with all of it this time.

Very poor costumer care

Very poor costumer care, not respect for costumer and an above all very very disorganized. I’m very disappointed I Have bought several watches in years from Invicta but now I don’t think I want spend a penny anymore for this brand. I’ll push my costumer to go with many other brand in stand of Invicta.BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
