Your Windows and Doors might be in stock

Sevenday were the window and door supplier for this company. Many of these windows and doors have been ordered with us and may be in our depot ready. We have several local installers who we would recommend. Due to GDPR, your details have not been passed to us, however if you want to get in touch directly we can check.

I have no idea how many different names…

I have no idea how many different names and addresses this scammers go under. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They came round and measured the windows on the 24th July, seemed legit, paid the deposit of £1250.00. They then sent a surveyor round to measure the windows properly!! They priced had been changed for removal of old box sashes, agreed with the work to be done, after he left there was no contact from them, I would have thought they would have given me a date when the windows would be fitted, no such luck, when I phoned it always went to answer phone. I tried ringing the person who surveyed the windows first of all, needless to say this number no longer exists, the website no longer exists. Shocking and invicta windows are still popping up all over the place with different address and slight variation of name.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Ordered a composite front door and uPVC back door on the recommendation of a neighbour who’d had work done by Invicta Windows and Doors. I’d paid £1100 deposit back in April and was informed the doors would be fitted in around 3-4 weeks. It took 8 weeks to get a response to say that apparently the doors had finally arrived but they were damaged so therefore couldn’t be fitted. Invicta were supposedly chasing the manufacturer to get a replacement door. However, it is now September and I am still without the front and back door. I’ve tried contacting to get my money back but all messages to Karen and other members of staff are ignored and when ringing the phone goes to voicemail and despite having left my number multiple times, I’ve never received a call back. Communication is non-existent so I have put a claim in with Barclaycard to reclaim my deposit back. Complete scam and wish I had read these reviews prior to entering into the transaction with this dodgy company.

What a shambles

What a shambles, please beware of this company.
Asked for and was quoted for a replacement hinge on one window and new handle on another. This was after someone came round to check the work needed.
The booking process was slow and tedious, the repair man turned up, replaced the hinge which is fine, then told me that he'd tightened the screws on the other window, the handle was virtually hanging off. He'd done nothing, I suspect he'd forgotten to bring the spare part so was looking for a get out, but ffs, I had to then find another company to repair the window which in its broken state was a security risk.
I did contact the company who were unwilling to help, apologise, or put things right so they've had an opportunity,
I'd say it's one of the prime examples of a rogue trader out there. I did look at reviews prior to booking but realise now they were reviews on the companies own website.

Thank you for your review Mrs Armstrong, albeit untrue and certainly is not the whole story!

You called in and we discussed what your issues were and we submitted a quotation to you on 17th June 2023. You gave us the go ahead to carry out the repairs and our next available date was 23 June 2023, just 5 days from our conversation. Our repair technician attended your property and fitted the new hinges. Upon inspection, the handle did not need to be replaced, it just needed the screws tightening which we did free of charge and made sure it was working properly, which it was when we left. We amended our invoice to take the cost of the handle off the bill, which you then settled for the new hinges. You called and said that the handle was not working and our technician said that it was working fine when he left. We offered to return and fit a new handle but you stated that you wouldn't pay for it so why would we return to do work we was not going to be paid for?! When you're rude to people you want help from you cannot be shocked that they do not want to deal with you!! In response, I'd say you are a prime example of a rogue customer who thinks they are always right and try to get something for nothing because of that belief and on this occasion you've come unstuck and probably didn't think we'd respond to your review and state exactly what did happen rather than your very skewed version of events.

Best wishes

Do NOT use!!!

Do NOT use!!!! Came in to fix a window hinge, replaced but broke the window and it cannot open now. Have called and texted 10’a of times and don’t even have the decency to respond!!! Just pathetic and useless… and the response to my review indicates lies!! You were contracted to both upstairs and downstairs!!!!! But I guess you just don’t do any decent work.. and it funny how the owner had to come check the work and correct them twice, OH Yes I was watching you all the time… so your not decent workmanship at all.. again I say DO NOT USE them at all.

Hi Mr Hiley

We attended your property and did over a thousand pounds worth of repair work for you. The window in question was an extra repair and we did not break the window. We said we would come back to sort out for you when we was working in your area. We responded to all of your calls and messages. Funny how you've not put this information in your review, just about a window which we NEVER were contracted to do at the time, it was an extra.

Best wishes
