Please help. I irdered online and i am unable to reach anyone. They got the money. Plz refund my money. Asap

I was promised a couple hours ago that I would be refunded. However I have yet to receive that email. This usually happens within minutes. These people are con artists

The design on the card was cute don't get me wrong. I ordered the exact coloring and image that they had on the display image. Sure I got them fast. But the coloring on the RSVP was so dark you couldn't see when people write on it. Braught this to the attention of the company and their response was...
I had to pay 60 dollars for reprints! So i purchase a design they display with their color choosing and its my fault they are too dark to write on? Seriously? DIdnt even acknowledege my complaint or even an appology for not catching the flaw before selling it or sending it. 
For this I say you get what you pay for..unuseable product and horible customer service.

I was very reserved when deciding to order from this website, as most of the other reviews seemed too good to be true. They also were from what I believed to not be real people. However, I am on a budget and decided to take a chance. Am I ever glad I did. I ordered my invites and waited for the proofs. The first time around they didn't have the color I chose, so I just emailed them back and they changed it and resent the proof back to me within a day. After I gave the okay, they sent me an email saying they were going to print them and send them out and I should have them within 5 days. Exactly 5 days later my invites were at my door and I apprehensively opened them. They were beautiful! Exactly how I hoped they would be and the pearlescent finish on them was gorgeous!!!!! The only thing that I could say that made them not completely perfect was that the rsvp's were not cut exactly even- but for the price and how everything else was perfect I don't even care. I will recommend this website to all my friends!

They are super affordable, look great, have a whole spread of options. I got the most compliments on the rehearsal wedding invite.

They had beautiful shades of vibrant blue in them, to go with the colors of my wedding.
