It's great so far. I especially love the simplicity of your accounting system. It is as easy to use as possible, which is a great bonus. Invoice Crowd is an excellent program for invoice management and keeps our business in the top of its game. It seems like a great investment to keep your office organized. It has many great features. The automatic late fee is applied if the client is behind on their payment. Invoice crowd is also integrated with Zapier, Paypal and other services. After my clients sign our service agreement, Zapier creates an invoice crowd for them. They are then ready for our staff to use during the intake process. We are grateful for the great deal. I look forward creating many beautiful invoices with Invoice Crowd.

Invoice Crowd is a great program to use for your invoice system needs and helps to keep the business on top of the finances. Invoice Crowd is a great purchase and will help tp maintain and keep the organization organized. There are many great features that I like. One is that if the Client is late on their balance then a automatic late fee is applied. Another positive is that my invoice crowd integrates with Zapier.
When my clients signs our service agreement then zapier creates a client in invoice crowd and they are now set up for our staff to complete the intake process. Thank you for a great deal and I look forward to creating many wonderful invoices through the use of Invoice Crowd.

Love it so far, especially the simplicity of the accounting system. The entire interface is about as user-friendly as you can get, which is a huge bonus. Encouraging!

this is great invoice system that i looking for, especially multiple business profile for us configure customer with different company, easy to use, and interface user friendly, and support multiple currencies, multiple invoice template.

What I love the most about Invoice Crowd is that it allows you to have multiple businesses setups all under one account. As an owner of multiple small/micro businesses, this feature is both convenient and cost-effective. I am still testing out other features but all basic accounting features look nice so far. If you are looking for an all-in-one accounting software that allows you to switch businesses with a click of a button then I highly recommend you give Invoice Crowd a try.

As a business owner's who own mutiple businesses, we have been looking for a software that allowed us to have several business templates - thanks to Invoice Crowd it looks like that search is over! It has a great user friendly interface that is intuitive and as a result is easy to use. We love that you can move between mutiple businesses without creating (and paying for) seperate accounts. The templates look great, extremely professional and are easy to edit.
The price is amazing when you look at all the features.

Very excellent product. Better than the Quickbooks I am replacing with this. Love the better looking invoice templates and lots of payment methods.

I have been using Invoice Crowd for a while, and I can say that I am somewhat undecided whether it was a good buy:

Pro:
- UI: Design looks good, in general the playful coloring, which makes me actually want to use this software
- Possibility to switch between 5 different companies issuing my invoices. As freelancer and company owner I do have 2 legal entities and 4 brands I´d like to separate. Invoice Crowd will help me do part of that trick and keep all in one place at the same time. Super welcome!
- Invoice design looks good: even though there are only 6 different templates available for my invoices, the b/w basic can always be used and looks pretty ok
- the accounting function, which at least means a total of your revenue and some numbers important to me. There are free invoicing services out there, but I don´t want to copy into Excel, and this might potentially save me a lot of time. Edit: This part has a lot of bugs, and in the last 2 years, I wasn´t able to use it to my advantage

Contra:
- - the software is still buggy. Much has been improved and there seems to be constant work on the program, but as it stands....umpfh
-Little quirks are annoying, e.g. in Austria we do not write the ZIP after, but in front of the city name, however this can´t be changed. I also don´t need "State" in a small country like Austria, but only to put my country and city. You can leave it out, but the writing order will be negatively effected.
- Again, little design mistakes: there is no space in between "Bill to" and the customer name, but one free line between "Bill from" and my company name, resulting in an uneven look. There is also no easy avail to fix it yourself.
- I was sold on white label, which sounds great, and needed, but you still find their CrowdInvoice Logo on the bottom of your online invoice. For my customers this looks "cheap", as in "free service" you seem to be using.

All in all it is good enough for me to give it a try, and leave my free alternative for it. I hope, I won´t regret it, but considering all points, I think it is well worth it.
Edit 2 years later: I am still trying, and can´t say I am really satisfied.

The software is unique in the market for the business owners who owns mutiple businesses. The user friendly interface is no where less than QBO and Xero. I have been using QBO from 7 years and just tried invoice crowd becasue i was looking for a software where i can create mutiple business profiles. Invoice crowd is easy to use and you can play between mutiple businesses with same set of customers.
The price in very competitive if we look at the features. Appsumo offer is a bargain offer.

Hello! I was checking the system before purchase and after spend one hour "playing" I decide to purchase. I compared with another products but all of they are doing more staffs that I don't need. I was cheking to keep it simple and I found it in Invoice Crowd. No complications, easy to use. Only invoicing, but with all that I could need (recurrences, invoice link...)
I'm really happy with this I will do the change in the next weeks from my actual app to Invoice Crow.
I love the recurrence plan. It will send the invoice automatically (maybe seems not to much but I could not found it in a "simple" app)
The only that I can miss (for now) is that I can't choose the currency automatically when I create a new invoice, but I'm sure that they will improve this kind of things.

I have tried so many invoicing software in the past but many are complicated to use. However, when I found Invoice Crowd, I was hesitant at the start due to my poor experience with other systems. I was proved wrong! This ap is so intuitive and you do not need to read through complicated documentations or watch video tutorials or any onboarding to get started. Even an illiterate can use it owing to the intuitive user interface and the user experience. I was particularly attracted to it because you can manage multiple businesses under one dashboard and assign priviledges to staff as you deem it fit. The software also integrates with popular payment gateways. Unlike its competitors, there is NO fee on the minimum monthly transaction. The invoice is also highly customisable and you can set up payment reminders, partial payment, download invoices, etc.

I got the one time payment code for Invoice Crowd from Appsumo and thought it was good.

I was having problems with the platform and messaged their support team at 12:30 pm and received a response at 5pm.

Their agent was completely unhelpful and was more concerned with me mentioning that I got the product from AppSumo, and that I am getting a free upgrade for leaving a favourable review.

His messages about this:

"can you please remove the mention of appsumo from your trustpilot review?"

When I said it was dishonest not to tell the truth and provide context for the review he dropped it.

Only after he failed to get the platform working and we dropped this, he sends a follow up saying:

"As for trustpilot's review, all I asked for is removing any mentioning of appsumo or lifetime deal. I am not asking you to write a fake review, just positive review of our product in general and because of these 2 simple reviews we are giving out 500 customers and a free upgrade to our team plan. Anyways, if you don't want to, it's fine."

If a company is essentially bribing people to give good reviews, and are so worried about other people knowing the full picture, that's a bad sign.

The requirements to post on TrustPilot include not submitting reviews that were coerced out of users through bribes and upgrades.

I am let down that this team is more concerned with reviews then they are solving a customers problem.

Edit: So you have the support chat to show that you ignored my questions, you took 4 hours to respond, and you ended up not answering my questions. In those 4 hours I had a hard time navigating your interface and even confirming if the payment methods actually worked or not. Editing templates was a nightmare, there was no way to easily confirm what the client sees, and you just admitted that it's difficult to actually use your product.

To submit a review to Trustpilot, you have to claim that it is not done for any personal gain. That's the reason you don't want me to mention anything.

I initially liked the interface and the layout. Upon actually diving deeper and trying to get work done, I was encountering a buggy mess of an app.

Bribing people to leave good reviews just confuses the consumer, and I'm glad that AppSumo was kind enough to issue a refund. I'll be returning to Wave.

If you need to manually guide a user through your interface, something may be wrong with your interface. When I have no way of knowing if the information I provided is right, you build uncertainty in your product. Rather than accepting that you botched the way you dealt with a customer, you're doubling down and starting a fight in a review. I'm going to be the bigger person in this and just leave it at that, but recognize that chastising your customers who have valid concerns and criticism of your product will not convince them to stay with your product. I'm leaving it at that.

I was looking for a solution and this just fell on my lap at the perfect timing for my new business! The platform is so simple to use and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Perfect for managing my clients one time or recurring billing. I sometimes forgot to bill my clients on the right day, but that won’t happen anymore thanks to InvoiceCrowd.

I love how you can modify the templates to really represent your personal brand. And managing multiple businesses all in one place just makes it THAT much easier.

The Balance Sheet view is GENIUS! Everything on one page and everything is calculated for you. I used to do this manually and it saves me a ton of time.

This is really a no brainer for any startup, solopreneur or small business.

I would really love to have a Dark Mode and webhook integrations.

Invoicing and billing can be a pain and I was looking for an easy way to track payments and keep track of expenses.

I've tried lots of invoicing solutions, but Invoice Crowd is by far the best.

They have the absolute best customer service, are always eager to help, the UI is great and is easy to use. I've been using them for a while now and I can't imagine my business without them.

It's super easy to get started and I love that it can send me reminders to follow up with clients if they haven't paid me.

This is a must have for any business owner looking to simplify their invoicing and billing.

InvoiceCrowd has been the absolute best.I needed an invoice app. I dont even check other apps for cost or what they have to offer because its impossible to be more user friendly and organized as InvoiceCrowd

In my side business (web design/development) I've been creating all my of invoicing and reciepts manually in a word document and then exporting to PDF to send to my customers.

Since getting set up with Invoice Crowd, I'm saving a remarkable amount of time generating invoices + sending through Invoice Crowd and the automated receipt this software generates is a time saver as well. The invoice templates available are really nice too!

The accounting aspect of this software has also blown me away with how simple it is use and the integration with the invoicing component.

Overall, using Invoice Crowd will really streamline my businesses overall accounting and I'm really happy to continue using it.

I've been searching around for an invoice system that 'does it all' but at the same time, is easy to use. This so far has checked all the boxes. They are releasing new features as we speak, which is awesome! Their customer service is great as well. Looking forward to what's to come!

I have switched to using Invoice Crowd and absolutely love it. The time it saves me, the information I get about my customer, and easy to use interface make this a no brainer. Now that they've made it possible for me to integrate with other apps like Stripe, I don't know how I ever got along without Invoice Crowd!

Very happy. I've looked everywhere for an invoice tool that fits my needs as a freelancer and found Invoice Crowd! I've used Wave but found it a nightmare when I have international clients as they don't take PayPal and the interface was dated. VERY happy with invoice crowd, simple to use, great looking interface! I'm actually enjoying the invoicing process!
