Travel arrangements well were organised and ran smoothly.
The hotel was excellent, as was the buffet food choice, and the friendliness of the staff.
The walks were great, and well led by our lovely, knowledgeable guide Julio.
I would have no hesitation in taking another trip with Involved Holidays.

Hotel was very good and staff were helpful. Location was good. Walks could have been better and group could have been split to suit all abilities if we had a second person to do back marker.

Superb company to work with. Responsive and always happy to help with suggestion or answering questions or queries. Booking for a large group is very good, they provide customised web page for attendees giving great visibility to the holiday details and a secure payment portal. For those not tech savvy they are happy to help or take payment over the phone.

My wife and I are not long back from a birdwatching holiday in Menorca with Involved Travel. This has been one of the best birding holidays I have been on and I've been on a good few over the years.
The holiday comprised six full days on the island of which three were birding days with an optional fourth. The other days were taken at one's own pleasure.
The tour leader was local naturalist Javi Mendez who was excellent. He knew the island intimately and took us to the best birding habitats on the island. I recorded 77 species over four days. He also was knowledgable about the plants and butterflies we encountered as well as the island's history and geology.
The Hotel Valentin where we stayed was very good with attentive staff and excellent buffet breakfasts and dinners.
If you are looking for a relaxing birding holiday then this is one you shouldn't miss. Well done Involved Holidays!

The taxi and driver were waiting for us on arrival at the airport.
The hotel staff were polite and smart.
The hotel was clean and the food was varied and well presented.

Ibiza & Formentera May 2nd - 9th
A lovely holiday on the quiet side of the island.
18 in the group who all got on well.
Excellent hotel in a coastal location about 25 mins walk from the centre of Santa Eularia with lovely spa facilities and a good choice of food in the self service restaurant.
The weather wasn't too hot for us so made both the walking & sightseeing much easier.
Ibiza old town is worth visiting on a free day.
Great support as always from all the staff at Involved, this was the first time the trip had been done & so we were all discovering the island together. Joao was our "rep" and back marker with walking guides who lived on the island leading the walks. He created lots of lovely memories with his photos on FB & invited us to explore with him on 2 of the free days which was great as he ensured we all stayed safe. Thank you Joao.

Fabulous holiday in Corfu. Especial thanks to our walk leader Christina. 22 of us in the group and one of the friendliest group of people.

Our visit to Albania was excellent with great guides Spiros & Jose. Spiros seemed very knowledgeable about the history & keen to pass this on to to us. Tirana was lovely with lots of history although the traffic was a nightmare. A ĺot of time was spent on the coach in traffic jams. We had some great walks in the albanian countryside once we were at Vlora. All in all a great holiday.

Met at airport and transported to Maritim antonine hotel. Walks well planned and carried out professionally. Walk guides were experienced and knowledgeable. Hotel was good standard. Food was 'OK'. Hotel staff so friendly and attentive. Involved rep was 'ok'. £1500 paid...but no Balcony in my room, disappointed, but other members of group did have one....luck of the draw.

Great walks with Stefano the local guide. The hotel was right on the coast with super food .

This is a small company that goes the extra mile to provide excellent value for money walking holidays and ways to meet and socialise with new people with similar interests. Everything is organised to provide a group camaraderie and so it is excellent for solo's.

This was my 5th and most enjoyable walking holiday with Involved Holidays.
The holiday had two excellent leaders and a group of 15 friendly walkers.

The holiday was based at the Hotel Vila Gale in Santa Cruz and included good food and (almost?) unlimited free wine or beer each evening with dinner.
Although the published details of the walks suggested walks of 7 and 8 miles they were not difficult and did not seem that long. Vertigo was not a problem as there were safety fences or barriers along the edges of the paths whenever there was any drop beside our walks. Christina, a local guide led the way on most of the walks assisted by Joao (John) the holiday organiser.. They both looked after us well and Joao took many good photographs and made them available to us on Facebook - Thank you Joao!.
Walking in Madeira is popular and I was surprised how many others were walking the same routes as our group.

Anyone going on an early morning flight should be warned the hotel rooms are not available until 3pm. Our early flight meant we arrived at the hotel before 11am and we were not prepared for the 4 hour wait. Fortunately the weather was good so we passed much of the time exploring the local area.
An unexpected bonus at the end of the holiday was the incredible Christmas lights display around Santa Cruz.

Tour manager Manuel was fastastic and so organised .The hotel was well situated and had a lovely spa .
The walks were manageable and went at a pace for everyone .

I have just returned from an incredible trip to Andalucia with Involved Holidays, and once again, they delivered a wonderful experience!

This was my third time travelling with the company, but my first time joining a holiday as a solo traveller.

The experience began perfectly: John was at the airport to meet me and ensure a smooth, efficient transfer to the hotel, where the excellent Tour Manager, Manuel, was waiting to greet us.

My accommodation was lovely; I enjoyed a comfortable room featuring a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel food was plentiful and varied throughout the week but food not very hot. —a minor letdown by the hotel itself, certainly not a reflection on Involved Holidays—the quality of the food was good. There was varied nightly entertainment in the bar.

As an added bonus, the hotel booking included a free hour in the Spa facilities (note: this does not include a treatment). A small note for future travellers: you do need a swimming hat or can be a shower cap, or be prepared to purchase one cheaply from the Spa. I spent a lovely hour in the warm pool, relaxing my tired walking muscles.

A quick tip about the hotel: Although the hotel do not provide a kettle in the rooms, the bar staff were happy to provide hot water free of charge, which was very helpful! Just remember a cup.

The absolute highlight of the trip was the visit to the stunning Alhambra Palace. Seeing this historical masterpiece in person was breathtaking. It was not too busy, and we had plenty of time for exploration, with our official guide bringing its rich history and beauty brilliantly to life.

There were 3 walks planned in with a fourth optional one. The first walk was the shortest with steep climbs up to Devils Tower. The second involved a lot of flat walking along the promenade into Almuñécar followed by a climb up the cliff from the beach. Exceptional views at the top. The third started in Frigiliana with a walk around followed by a descent to the coast and Nerja. It was considered to be the easiest of the 3 but the descents are not good on the knees.

I did take up the offer of the optional fourth walk but no mountain climbing for me, instead I visited the mountain villages of Capileira and Pampaneira. Where I able to walk around the village, look in the shops and enjoy lunch with some of my fellow travellers whilst we waited for the mountain climbers to return.

This solo travel experience was comfortable, secure, and highly enjoyable.

I wholeheartedly recommend their Andalucia Eastern Coast tour and am already looking forward to booking my next adventure with them!

My first holiday with Involved Holidays. The whole was very well organised from booking, receiving paperwork, being met and transferred to/from the hotel. A comfortable hotel - good showers, balcony, very good buffet breakfasts and evening meals. It was a 'Solo' holiday but there were several couples who had booked late at a considerable reduction on Travelzoo. Not sure if I am happy with that but understand the needs of business to make the holiday viable; but all mixed in.
Great included trip to Granada for the Alhambra - most seemed to have booked with this in mind. The first walk was from the hotel - quite an ascent but lovely views from Devil's Tower; would have preferred a different route back. The second walk was mostly on the 'promenade' to Almunecar; several had walked most of this in free time so not the most interesting. Caught the bus, by the hotel, on the free day to Almunecar to explore the castle and other ruins - interesting history. The third, optional walk feed back was positive, knee problems prevented doing this, but it was great to have time to explore the Alpujarras villages of Capileira and Pampaneria.
Absolute five stars to Manuel who was a very knowledgeable guide throughout - he looked after us all exceptionally well. Thank you
