scam, phishing for contacts

A person contacted me about a requirement for an unspecified role, without providing any job description, and asked for the names of previous managers, similar to other inquiries. He was particularly persistent about getting the names of managers or referrals for the lead. It’s not worth taking calls from this company—avoid them at all cost

Unwelcome contact

I received a "job opportunity" from this company today, despite having been in a retirement home for 12 years. My email address is not listed with any (legal) recruitment agency.

I was contacted from this agency about possible job opportunities

I was contacted from this agency about job opportunities.
After few calls, I figured out that these guys are not interested in offering jobs, but rather gathering information about ongoing job opportunities I was involved with and had booked interviews with.
At no point, they offered me an interview opportunity with a specific company, it became clear they they are just fishing for information to derail my interviews and try to pitch somebody else. They are pushy, work hard to get information and offer nothing in return. They always want information and promise to check with the team and get back to you, but there is never a real clear job description or job opportunity.
Stay clear of this company.

Real odd

I was asked oddly personal questions, things that no one needs to know such as 'Do you rely on someone else to make decisions about your career?', I can't see why any recruiter would need to know this. As well as I was asked to opt-out of the 2003 Employment Regulations which seems odd to me and potentially relying on a loophole to not be illegal.

Also, I was told a certain pound per day over the phone, but being provided what the actual output is, is lower than this, due to an intermediary umbrella taking a cut. I also didn't start this conversation - they called me out of the blue.

Spam

Josh called me to share details for a requirement on a unknown role, without having any jobspec and to gather previous manager's name like other reviews. He was persistent with the name of the managers or referrals for the lead. Not worth of picking up calls from this company AVOID.

Thank you Alisa

I had the pleasure of working with Alisa. She was amazing at listening to where i am and where i want to be. She also had a lot of "know how" on how to get the best out of myself during this process. If you're lucky enough to have her on your side, you're already winning.

Lies/Hoax and a SCAM *AVOID*

Was contacted by Alisa, she mentioned there was a few assignments that I could fulfil.

But she was more interested in getting/Names of references from my previous roles. I mean she was really aggresive on the phone! I knew this was a scam so I lied.

But I never heard back from them.

AVOID this Company, Its a FRAUD! ALL LIES they tell. And a Complete SCAM.

Don't waste your time as they'll happily waste yours!

In the 25 years I've been working, I have never experienced such poor service. If it were possible to leave 0 stars then Involved Solutions would get 0. They (Zoe W) reached out to me, asked me for information about what companies I had been in contact with about job opportunities. Then wasted my time by hounding me for information which I spent my valuable time responding to, in detail. Then they didn't have the common courtesy to respond to me. Their rates, communication and attitude are all incredibly poor.

Treat any correspondence from them as spam or suspicious.
