Easily the worst standing desk I’ve ever used

We have dozens of their electric desks in our office, and unfortunately, most of them share the same problem. Multiple times a day, the desks stop adjusting their height altogether. The only temporary fix is to unplug the unit, hold down the control button, plug it back in, and hope it resets, but more often than not, that doesn’t work. In many cases, you have to leave the desk unplugged for a day or two before it starts functioning again.

On the bright side, I’ve found myself standing more frequently, mainly because my desk is stuck and I can’t lower it to sit :) By comparison, my 120€ desk from Amazon at home has worked flawlessly from day one.

I ordered the desk eco lift

I ordered the desk eco lift, and it's quality is great! The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but they have great customer support, with fast replies and quick action, solved all the blocking points I had.

Finally a reimbursement after 3 months…

First the delivery time was misstated on the website. After cancelling I’m still waiting since 3 months for my reimbursement. The hotline was friendly but helpless. Only contacting the managing partner Jan Kegelberg helped in the end.

Sie wurde eingetragen mit einem Vornamen, mit dem allein sich in unserem System kein Kunde finden lässt. Auch wurde keine Referenznummer angegeben, obwohl für diese Nummer ein Extrafeld hier besteht. Taking too long to deliver but good quality

I bought a desk 3 months ago, knowing it would take some time. The week they were supposed to deliver, they informed me that they would be a month late only after I called non stop for a week.

Now, a month later, they claim bottlenecks and that they cannot deliver again.

Disclosure: I created a different user to post a second review as I have no possibility to post 2 with the same user and the company is not answering any longer to my previous post.

Update: i finally received the desk. Quality is really good and I am happy with the product. I am still disappointed with delivery time but even more with HOW they informed the different delays.

However it is fair to highlight that quality is GOOD!!!!

Eine allgemeine Anmerkung ist angebracht: Von Lieferverzögerungen aufgrund coronabedingter Materialverknappungen ist aktuell die gesamte Wirtschaft betroffen - und damit auch die Möbelindustrie. Wenn sich die Auslieferung einer Bestellung einmal verzögern sollte, tun wir dennoch alles dafür, diese so gut es geht zu begrenzen.

good quality but too long to deliver and fail to proper follow up

Update: I received the furniture.... good quality... but again too long to deliver. I got more responses since I wrote on this forum than when contacting customer service. So up to the you, the reader, if you want to buy with delay or not.

I order a furniture knowing it would take 2 months (but ok... my decision)... however, 2 months have passed and now I have to wait another 2 months..... it is a simple desk... how difficult can it be? and they do not even inform.. i have to push and call every day for them to finally tell me what is going on...

Answering to your answer: sorry, this is not a proper response. 2 months of delay and now 2 more months! and the fact that you did not even proactively informed me.... this is not bottlenecks , it is inefficiency! instead of answering here, if i were you, I would be searching my name in your data base, call me and try to explain it... but i guess you are more worried about your external affairs than the actual clientele!

Update 1 month later: After my message above, I received a call from someone in the company apologizing about the situation and telling me I would receive the furniture a month later, which is supposed to be this week. NO FURNITURE RECEIVED! I called again and no answer in the customer service... they promise to call me within 1 hr with a proper answer but NOTHING.....

FURTHER UPDATE> THEY TOLD ME MY PURCHASE WILL NOT BE DELIVERED AGAIN AS THEY HAVE BOTTLENECKS ????? THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE KEEP AWAY OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Die Ursache dafür ist fast täglich Thema im Fernsehen und in den Zeitungen: die während der Pandemie entstandenen Engpässe bei der Versorgung mit Rohstoffen, z. B. Holz und Stahl. Das tangiert natürlich nicht nur die Fertigungen, sondern ebenso auch den Handel.
