A complete scam
A complete scam. I ordered a lamp for £124 in February on 2025. I never received my order and every time (four times) I write to them, they say my refund is being processed by the finance department. This is very frustrating.

Beware of this site.
We placed an order costing £315 on 2nd May this year. We were not given a specific delivery date but when we made the purchase it said 10 to 14 days delivery.
The items have never arrived, there is no phone number and e mails bounce back. The chat bot said they couldn’t help no matter what I typed in.
Our bank are looking to see if they can get our money refunded - fingers crossed.
Giving one star is not what I wanted to do but I can’t give 0 stars on here.
PLEASE BEWARE - THIS SITE IS A SCAM.
