Don't order! did not receive my product
I am very unhappy with Inyati! No one is replying my e-mails, phone calls. I paid 95,- and did not receive my order!!! i want my money back or the bags that I ordered. Inyati should pick up the phone and help customers with questions regardig their shipment.. this is just ridiculous.. it feels like a scam!

I like your bags and already own three of them. However, could you explain why your customer support is so poor? The telephone numbers on your website are unreachable; no one answers. You don't respond to emails either. Due to this lack of communication, I am considering stopping my orders. I currently have an order, number 5149, and I still don't know when it will arrive.

Offering me a PERSONAL discount literally a few days after I placed my order... No help at all.
Update: After Inayti asked me in their reply below to contact them direclty, I have sent them an email explaining the situation (on 30th of July and a reminder on the 5th of August). They NEVER responded to my emails, also not after I have sent them a reminder. So literally NO help at all. I really thought they wanted to help me after their comment, but they don't even reply. The experience with them is getting worse...
