If you're new to working out at the gym and looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Ana Louisa. It's been almost 2 months since I started to work out with her. I used to get easily exhausted after only 30 minutes of walking, but now my friends say I still look energetic even after an hour. I can also feel an improvement in my body structure. So far, I'm very happy training with Ana, and I plan to continue working with her until I feel confident exercising on my own.
