Poor customer service do not bother with this company they refuse to offer refunds

Hi Luke, it does clearly state on our website that next working day is Monday - Friday (not Saturdays & Sundays) there is also an option to pay extra to upgrade delivery to a Saturday service. On. this basis I’m very sorry but we won’t be able to offer you a refund

Go to a different site Amazon or eBay. Avoid these. All DPD said was to contact the sender and they would be able to cancel the delivery.

What a fantastic company to order from, great selection, super fast delivery times and fantastic attention to "detail" :) - products arrived well packaged and really quick and the personal touch is there with follow up emails, tracking emails and extra bonus some free sweets in the box :) . Looking at the prices around I would also say the best prices or at least on par with the cheapest i could find anywhere - Fantastic experience so far :)
