Had a little hiccup and it took Ioka some time to get it corrected. The 5 stars are for the fabulous end results. I adore my 14K golden hoops. They are the perfect size - not too big and not too small. I am pretty sure they will be my go-to pair. They have made me a very happy customer and I will recommend them.

Ordered something that was sold out but it wasn’t listed as sold so I waited almost a week before finding out I was being refunded. Checked back online and the item was still not listed as sold out. Decided to order other items from them and thankfully these items weren’t sold out so I received them in a timely manner in perfect condition.

Honestly the earrings I purchased are incredibly gorgeous and sparkly. They have 14k stamped inside the hoop and the clasp is really secure compared to some other ones I bought in L.A… However, the hoop part is lot smaller than I thought but the flower makes up for the size. I’m unsure if I got a good deal price wise because I do live in Los Angeles but closer to the beach side so it’s a haggle to travel to the Gold District but when I do I get good deals by haggling. But anyways, these are super cute earrings and I plan on order another pair or studs for my second lobes once they heal.

The jewelry is great good quality for great prices bought 2 going to buy a pendent next time for my chain only wish if they had the Valentino chain in 4.5 mm

Received the cross today (2 days later than expected but no worries).
Although the item is beautiful, the cross is extremely thin. If only it had been just a little thicker in design, it would have been perfect. As is, there is a possibility of it poking the skin.
Even so, I will be keeping it because of the beautiful design.

Communication was superb. They were able to properly resize and return my jewelery without issues (resize do to me ordering the wrong size). Extremely helpful!

I purchased a chain from IOKA a few years ago through Amazon. The clasp recently broke and I contacted IOKA about repair. They were responsive and prompt in their correspondence regarding the repair and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend.

After wearing the necklace without taking it off for months now with being in and out of pools and sweaty workout sessions it hasn’t tarnished a bit. It’s stil very nice. I would definitely recommend this company. Although the chain and cross combo are very small. I would make sure your pictures show how small
