The staff were very helpfull, the price was better than anywhere else.

Long wait times were very disappointing, prices are not competitive and frames are not worth the extra effort needed to browse their stores after the opticians

Fabulous service they tracked down a frame that is no longer for sale for me and sent me my new glasses by post

Brilliant, friendly service from the team at the Bruntsfield store in Edinburgh. Needed new glasses quickly and they delivered brilliantly. Would definitely recommend.

I love Iolla glasses!
I have a small face and find it difficult to get nice specs at a reasonable price but not any more. I mentioned to the sales chap (Richmond store) that I had a small face and he produced a box full of different beautiful frames. I am now the proud owner of two pairs of specs that cost £85 each.

Great staff, quality specs and great price

One telephone call and I had ordered my vari focal sunglasses. As a previous customer with my prescription still in date it was just a matter of choosing a new frame.

This was my first experience visiting IOLLA . The moment I walked through the door of the Glasgow city centre store. I got the impression I had found the right place to purchase my new glasses. A beautiful female employee explained the process involved in purchasing my glasses and showed me several frame options before letting me browse the rest of the store . After selecting the frame i liked the most ,I noticed that the young lady was with another customer. I spoke to Lewis who was extremely helpful, continued to assist in my purchase. After my order for varifocals . I returned to the store less than two weeks later to collect them . I can’t praise the staff highly enough for their knowledge and friendliness. IOLLA will be mine and my families provider for eye care in the furniture. 😁
