Fantastic service and price

The team in Richmond are brilliant. Friebdly, great advice and they know their stuff when it comes to prescription glasses as well. Frames are all at a fixed price and there is a load of choice

I had a brilliant experience getting my new glasses made by IOLLA in Cambridge. Rebecca was incredibly helpful in guiding me through frame choices, especially with my high prescription, and her advice made a huge difference. I’m really pleased with the final result.
After years of mixed experiences with high street opticians, I wanted to try something new — and I’m so glad I did.
The value is outstanding. I received two pairs of high‑quality glasses for less than what I’d usually pay for a single pair elsewhere. There’s also a great selection of frame colours and designs, making it easy to find something that suits your style. I opted for home delivery, and my glasses arrived in just over a week. If your lenses are less complex, they may arrive even sooner.
Overall, a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I accidentally ordered prescription…
I accidentally ordered prescription sunglasses with tinted lenses that wouldn’t fit my prescription. It couldn’t have been easier to rectify this and the service was personal, responsive, fast and better than expected. I’ve been a customer of Iolla for more than 10 years and I trust them completely.
