Always a great service when purchasing new glasses and a great price. Even provided a quick on the spot repair to an old pair of sunglasses whilst in the store bringing them back to new.

I have only ever experienced great customer service from the staff in the Edinburgh St James store! I receive so many compliments on my frames and the pricing is super reasonable.
I now have sunglasses and prescription frames and I will be a returning customer!
I also want to add that, even though I went into the shop 5 minutes before closing, my query was dealt with happily and at no point was I rushed or felt unwelcome!
