Wow is all that I can say. I work in a residential house for kids with behavioural problems and disabilities and I reached out to the company to c if they would sponsor us water bottles for our hard working team who are on their feet non stop 52 weeks of the year and to my delight they have said yes. These bottles are incredible and have been a godsend in this heat while looking after our young people! Thank you so so so much

Excellent product selection and range of bottle and accessories. Bought a bottle for my son from a well known marketplace based retailer and then came direct to ION8 for a straw for it.

Both the bottle and straw are great quality, although the decoration has stated to tarnish after going through the dishwasher a few times. The designs are great for kids.

The shipping was reasonable both in cost and time.

I had the bottle for my two daughters just last week. And very impress with it. My youngest on the first day, she already dropped it many times and I was so glad it didn’t leaked.

So far so good. I will update this comment after some time if it’s really good. But yes so far, I am impressed.

Great bottles. The metal ones keep the drinks nice and cool in these hot summer days, and the kids size one works well in the fridge. They're easy to operate at any age, and just have two parts which makes keeping them clean nice and easy too.

I didn't purchase one of our bottles, but I received one from a friend and have been using it nearly every day, which is a great achievement for me considering the fact that my water intake has always been incredibly low or none at all. I just wanted to say it only took one bottle to change my daily habits, and for that I am grateful.

Awful, love the bottle and design but they leak through the air hole when drinking so useless. We then got the straws and they don’t allow you to drink all the juice in the bottle

I bought steel ion8 bottles last year because my kids kept dropping and breaking their plastic ones and I was buying new ones every few weeks. Since the ion8 bottles they have each had one for the whole school year. They have had a few bumps but still in great condition and I haven’t had to buy any other bottles for school.

Easy to order on line. Regular updates re delivery date. The 2 x 600ml non insulated steel was of good quality and the print selected for grandkids names looked exactly like advertised.
Grandchildren loved them.
Would order again from this company.

Great bottle with design that resonates with my son's recent obsession of tunks.

I have a few of these bottles now they are really good. I love the lockable leakproof lids they really work. I also find the flip top style so much easier on the go than a screw top bottle as you can open them one handed. There is a great choice of colours and designs so you will find something to suit everyone. This time I also purchased some replacement parts new lids and seals they were easy to fit and renewed my older bottles that were starting to show their age and had had a few scraps. They now look ready to go for another few years. So glad I found ion8 and gave them a try.

Ion8 Urban 35ml
I really wanted to love this bottle but it failed to be all I hoped it would be.
Upfront, as a drinks holder, it does the job. It keeps cold drinks cold (and although I’ve not used it for such) hot drinks hot. I assume it also holds the stated 350ml, but I’ve not measured it. It’s not leaked on me and its flip-up spout works as expected.
Where it fails for me is on the following fronts. It has a premium price but comes over as somewhat less than premium. It looks, feels and weighs like it’s plastic. Two people I’ve shown it to have immediately said that they thought it was plastic. The paint finish is meh and certainly not premium.
It’s a bit too “fat”. My bad, but I expected it to be Coca Cola can size in girth, but it’s wider (by more than 20mm in circumference) which makes holding it less than as comfortable as I expected it to be.
The presentation is mediocre - No box and just a simple cardboard wraparound label and a sachet of (branded) desiccant inside.
No spare straw or seals, which one might have expected at the price point. On the subject of the straw, in two places on the label it extolls the virtue of the flatter straw and it being anti-wrinkle.
The straw is a perfectly round tube of stainless steel, that I very much doubt would wrinkle even when connected to a motorised vacuum pump!
It’s not even the label being generic - it states that it’s an Urban on it.
Delivery was okay but at least 24 hours later than it should have been.
I’m sorry to say that I cannot really recommend this bottle - There are other similarly sized and specified drinks bottles out there at a more reasonable price.
