Jean was absolutely amazing, spent about an hour and a half assisting me, then followed up with a call 2 hours later and made sure everything was set up. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Easy to use and Reasonably priced
I have been using this company for Web hosting since 2018.
The Web hosting product is in my opinion reasonably priced with many features. My requirements are relatively simple, having 2 doman names (which I transferred painlessly) with associated email accounts and two websites.
The web based control panel is easy to use and there is also an app to facilitate administration.
Found everything to be stable and reliable.
Would recommend giving them a try.

Money grabbers
Having cancelled a domain name during covid. I received a call from a debt company for 28bpund which paid. A few months later even tho the domain and service was no longer active they sent another bill for 28 through the same debt company. This company is a joke and under no circumstances should you use it. Their auto renew and general complaints procedure are a farce. Stay away. I will be taking my complaint further.!!!!!!!
