The worst website and domain provider, I terminated my contracts and they activated it themselves. my fault was two years ago i buy a domain and website from this website and although that i terminate i should still pay. its enough
IONOS hasnt a good service but just renew contracts and charge for nothing

If you live abroad and encounter a problem, the only way to contact IONOS is via email—but they don’t respond. They constantly promote their “excellent customer service,” but I’ve seen no evidence of it. I have no access to my account anymore, and Ionos doesn't give me any solution.
This is precisely the issue — my customer access was deleted, and I’m unable to recover it.
You are sending me reminders with a horrendous surcharge, and I can’t access my data to change the payment method.

Even one star is too much for them ! the poor support ! my website suddenly return out of memory error ! because they've limited memory usage of word press websites ! and know they are saying I have to reduce my plugins! I have only one shop! that's it ! when you can't handle one simple shop with 20 view per day how can you name that a hosting service !

Sometimes error messages for exceeded php memory limits might appear because of default server settings which might can be adjusted via php.ini or .user.ini config file.

The hard limits for php memory are depending on the tariff you have with us. The contract has a certain "Performance Level" and php memory limit. More informations: https://www.ionos.de/hilfe/hosting/performance-von-web-projekten-skalieren/performance-level-erklaert
If you exceed the hard limits a lot and you can't optimize your project (e.g. with running better optimized plugins), you might consider a tariff upgrade to get a higher Performance Level.
