IOTA Modern Garden Design Reviews 3

For all those living in London in a flat where refuse collectors only take refuse from a wheelie bin. The plant pots were left on the palette and even though I was able to remove the planters from the palette straightaway, the delivery company are instructed not to take the palette back (which IOTA are aware of). Having called IOTA they said they do not take them back. I now have a massive wooden palette 1m by 1.5m that i either need to pay the council £15 to remove or as IOTA suggested, I use a saw to cut it up. Although it was kindly pointed out that it states on their website it is a palette delivery, I did not realise the consequences of this. Perhaps make it clear on your website that palettes measuring 1x1.5m are left at the customer's home and the customer then needs to pay for it to be disposed of by the Council or find the time (and a saw) to cut it up.....not ideal #Londonliving
