IGNORE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS
I wrote a review days ago & since I have noticed that there have been more GOOD reviews…….absolute rubbish. Okay go with Iota markets IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED. The good reviews are bots & ARE MADE UP!!!!
Do not waste your time or money or YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!!!! Frank Tosselli & gang are scum of the earth!!!!!
Keep well clear of this.
I have also lost a lot of money to this outfit. My agent was the charming Matthew Harvey, who pretended to assist my account to a healthy profit over 3 months. I began to suspect something when I was asked to find 20K last week to take advantage of the final quarter rises in crypto. I looked at this site, which was all good when I started trading, and saw the bad reviews. Contacted Matthew, who agreed readily to liquidate my whole account. Then came the sting, my money is held in blockchain until I pay £24k taxes and commission to trigger its release. I refused this, had a final ‘discussion’with Matthew, and haven’t had any further contact, in fact I have blocked the numbers I had for him. Now fuming at my own stupidity, and have contacted the bank and other parties, but not with any expectations. Total scam, hard lesson learned.

Having been sucked in by Jonathan Harris and his side kick Jason Davids I've been conned out of 8k.
My account was built up with a decent profit margin, my request to withdrawal was meet with a fee request which I stupidly made !
I've contacted support and compliance which remain un contactable.

I wont credit the response you made an hour ago to my second review with anything but disdain !!!! I have tried contacting Support many times and can provide screen shots of my funds on a daily basis until they were stolen by yourselves on the 2nd November. I can still logon to the site and see my 'nil' balance so perhaps you could explain where my funds have gone ? Matthew Harvey , my very 'charming' Account Manager on the morning when my funds disappeared very kindly emailed me to say he would send my funds to charity - His charity I assume ?
Nothing but scammers
Nothing but scammers. Why wouldn't they allow us to make a withdrawal? Also their customer care is very useless. I'm glad I found really helpful reviews which pointed me to ACkersltd C0m They solved my problem completely.

i recently wrote here ref my fathers account..i would like someone to contact me re the 70k hes owed.please do not send another message denying he hasnt got an account i have plenty of screen shots of iotams trading page, his account details although there is no account number but his name is clear to see, also the nunerous emails sent by the vermin eric baker & jonathan harris
Still no contact from IOTA
Initially we were very pleased with IOTAM. Jonathan was very helpful and always in contact. But since he left the company we cannot get anyone to talk to us. We have asked to withdraw our funds and it is over a week and we still have not heard from anyone. Our account has been locked and the message is to contact customer support. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER I SUPPORT!! We have tried calling, emailing and get no response. Eric Baker was very quick to contact us when he wanted the commission fees to be paid but since he has received our money he hasn’t once been in contact despite many, many attempts by us to get a response. WE WANT OUR MONEY!

Beginning to believe this is a scam
Beginning to believe this is a scam. Trying to withdraw my funds but no luck. Phone numbers don’t exist and emails are not answered.
Tim Cap( apparently senior account manager) be nice if you’d reply or get in contact with me. Will be forwarding complaint to ombudsman.
At no stage has anyone tried to contact me on this issue. I am also now unable to login to my account. Seem to have been canceled.
IOTA are you now going to tell me I have never held an account with you like a lot of the other reviews. Both ombudsman and my bank are investigating this matter.

CLOSE OF DAY PASSED - STILL NO MONEY!
Further to my last review made 5 days ago, I have still not received my funds as promised (see copy of email below). I have kept all copies of all emails and screenshots of my trading account which shows £200k+ that I was advised by Adam to liquidate. I was promised a bank payment by close of day on Friday 22nd October - this never happened. Despite a number of further emails I have sent, the last response was on 1st November advising that funds will be with me by close of day Friday. Still waiting! - maybe I got the wrong Friday???? Maybe it's a scam????
Following my last review, I was asked to remove their names - of course I will - once I've had my money from them.
I would love to contact those who say they have received their money from IOTAM - are these people for real? I seem to have had the same bad experience as reported on Trustpilot by Gabriel Simms and Sharon Sanders.

Iotam.io is a scam website
Iotam.io is a scam website! Do not invest any money into this platform as many of us have, if you go to iota.org and ask them about iotam.io via the contact us page they will tell you direct that they are not in any way affiliated with them and they are using their logo without permission! And shock horror just as many have said they no longer answer calls or emails once they've been caught out! They might reply saying I have no account or whatever but honestly just go and ask iota.org itself and they'll tell you everything you need to know!
Update ** @ julie - I asked my account manager "Tim Cap" as he likes to be called about your review and the response I got is below, I can only assume you don't know anything about this but its abit more ammunition against them!
She paid the fees for the brokerage services but refused to pay the conversion fee since she thought it made no sense, although we know that there is no physical way of converting without paying the fee to the exchange.
Later on the transaction got blocked by the HMRC, since we are declaring the profits and from her side she didn't take any action in regards. We legally can`t participate in those payments since it`s related to your personal income in the UK financial structure.
I have been working in this company for 5 years already, personally had clients that refused to agree to those terms and the accounts got frozen without us having any legal access to them.
It's just 1 excuse after another when everythings been paid and nothing comes through! EVERYBODY STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

having invested £950 and my account manager trading this up to £22,000 I'm very happy.
I've asked to withdraw it, here comes the problem I have to pay fee's 15% and capital gains tax, fair enough. Fees of £3,000 + Tax of £2,000+ but I have to pay everything up front then I get my money. Queried this told them tax was wrong then I'm told to pay tax myself as I have an accountant.
There is also the concerns over emails and phone contact. None of the numbers connect even if I've just spoken to account manager who has just rung me.
Also whilst in London I went to there advertised office but building is empty.
I wait to see what response I get.

MA review a day ago.
I find it very difficult to believe you're review.as Eric Baker according to Jonathan Harris was dismissed from the company after his disgraceful conduct last Wednesday.concerning my 7 week wait for the full refund of my account.£70,966.26p should you or anyone else doubt or disbelieve me I have emails from Jonathan Harris confirming this.According to Jonathan Harris I will be receiving my full account balance on Wednesday.
Maybe iota marketing would like to respond to my comments, here, so all can see

Resolved
Thank you Jonathan is sorting out this issue.
Thank you again.
Do I have to wait 30 days to withdraw £650.
You have been great so far so don't let yourselves down.
If you can process it tomorrow I will invest more by the end of the month.
Fake, Scam, Fraud
In response to IOTAM.IO’s reply:
I have held an account since end of July. Please tell me what number I should phone. The number on website does not answer, strange dialling tone to another country maybe? The other number I was using nobody answers it now.
You call yourselves IOTA but IOTA is a crypto currency coin, you are using their name and logo for your trading platform but you are not the official IOTA.
POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH!
I believe this to be fake company. Like similar reviews I was feeling positive when iotam.io tell me how much money I make from my investment every week. They persuade me to invest more money and make me think that the more I invest the bigger my return will be.
So then I try to withdraw money. But more than 30 days later now and I have not received my money. They do not answer the phone and the email address does not work. My thought is that maybe the positive reviewers on here have not yet tried to withdraw their money. I believe it is fraud and scam for sure. Look on trustpilot, they have not provided information to verify their business. I think it is fake business.

Interesting reply from iotam ,you claim you have never dealt with me and i have never had account with you !!
Now that you have replied to 1st message ,lets see if you will reply again when i give you details of who i am . Just because i use a different email address doesn't mean i didn't use iotam. If you are genuine and reply to people lets see how long it takes to reply to this.
My name is joe ohanlon and i most certainly have account with you, albeit its now blocked !!
My so called account manager is Mason Green. Who incidentally doesn't reply to emails or answer calls.
So if IOTAM WANT TO PROVE TO ME AND OTHERS OUT THERE THAT THIS IS NO SCAM ,THEN I AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE ..I WILL NOT HOLD MY BREATH WAITING ON CALL.

SCAM ALERT!
SCAM!! BEWARE!!
***UPDATE: in a response to IOTAs reply, I do have an account with “IOTA” but I have not used my complete name to protect my identity.
*Potential customers beware, they are not a legitimate company.
You will be told you are getting a good return on your investment and will be asked to invest more but you will NOT get ANY money back when you want to withdraw. Phone calls were ignored. Emails are bouncing back. I've waited many weeks but received nothing! Thousands of pounds stolen!!
My suspicion is that they are the same people who were running Flexam.io - website no longer accessible but reviews on Trustpilot.

fake support email?
Very concerned, support email won't deliver.
If this is not a scam, can you please give some details to contact you properly?
I will not give a copy of me passport as requested by some compliance team before receiving some guarantee that this is a legit operation.
