Great service on a Bank Holiday. High recommend this product and company

iParcelbox is a fantastic idea and I have had one of the original boxes for many many years and it has worked flawlessly. Big enough for most parcels and easy to see if they are made by use of an app. Occasionally having to train delivery drivers to understand the push a button to deliver it has been fantastic.
I later started to add to my tech setup and my iParcelbox was not playing properly./ I contacted them and they issued a firmware update, to get me fully supported.
Following a further issue, way beyond the remit of iParcelbox, their CEO personally supported me to find and fix an issue with Home Assistant. So other than the iParcelbox being amazing, the support is also incredible. Thank you so much

Awesome customer support.
I was having a problem connecting to my iParcelBox after my home router was replaced and contacted iParcelBox for help.
Paul responded to my email immediately and I was up and running again in a few minutes.

The order was processed quickly, and delivered within the quoted time.

The box came with everything you need, and there are clear instructions as well as videos available online to help set up and install the box.

I had a few software related hiccups due to my side of the technology (network etc) being a lot more complex than the average home user, and Paul was really quick to help me get everything set up and working.

Delivery drivers love the box as it saves them time waiting at the door. It's unobtrusive, looks good, and is very responsive.

I've had an iParcelBox since mid 2020 and from setup or on the rare occasion I've had an issue, their Customer Support Chat within the App is very quick to reply and resolve.

This product is brilliant; it saves time and effort and the fuel driving back and forth to collect parcels. The drivers love it as it's faster to use than answering the door, as well as safer than leaving it on the doorstep. The app is great and product support is answered fast with in-app chat. Arrived as expected, great item easy to setup and install. I had anchored to ground and not wall. Royal mail and couriers now leave in my I-parcel box. Very happy with my purchase.

My box got stuck in “sleep mode” and I couldn’t seem to reset it myself from the app. Reached out to Paul at support late last night (Friday) when I got home from work and even though it is his weekend and he was at home, he managed to get everything back up and running quickly and easily! Really great service and I would highly recommend the iparcelbox to anyone who is away from home a lot or who gets a lot of parcels.

This is a good quality and secure box. We did have a few problems with it at the start but the customer service we received from Paul was amazing. He even drove from Hull to fix a problem - probably a 400 mile round trip! Now we’ve got the delivery drivers trained up it works like a dream and we would definitely recommend it

The products are bulletproof, I have had an iParcel Box for around a year now and have not had to collect a parcel since around a month after getting it. Customer service is 2nd to none, which is refreshing to say nowadays when customer service in many companies is non-existent. So quick to respond, always available and willing to help. I wrote to them to ask for their help with something, and to my surprise, I had a response within half an hour and this was out of hours!! Most companies struggle to respond in hours at that kind of speed! Can't fault their support and customer service.
