Brilliant product and exceptional customer service!
I went for the battery-operated version with the solar panel which all works perfectly and performs exactly as described and with versatility through the well designed App. Add to this that it’s a British business and it’s made in Britain and you have it all!
I had some queries which were instantly addressed by Paul with real commitment and enthusiasm.
One thing though is that the accessories weren’t securely packed in the box, including the antenna which had become wedged under the top rim during transit. I thought it was missing so do a thorough search before assuming the worst!
I wish I’d discovered this business and this product earlier!

I bought an iParcebox a couple of weeks ago to receive work-related deliveries at home into a secure drop box. The box is a good size, very robust and clearly labelled to explain to delivery agents what to do. It is also “smart” - controllable by my iPhone via a very simple app, and overseen by an excellent security camera (bought separately but integrated in the app) that doubles as a video door camera.
More importantly, the customer service is amazing - I had a problem with installation and Paul (the owner) came out on a Sunday morning to help! It’s functioning perfectly and I can’t recommend the product and the company highly enough.

The electronic parcel post box is proving very useful in not only receiving parcels when I am out but also for leaving packages for either friends or family to collect from me when I am out or don't want to be disturbed.

This is an excellent idea. Simple and effective. There's nothing more annoying that missing a delivery because you are in a call and can’t get to the door in time. With the iParcelBox the deliverer can leave the package without you being there.

Brilliant product and amazing customer service.

I was looking for something to hold my parcels at home for when I go back into the office, as don’t want to disturb my neighbours. It had to be big enough also for Hellofresh box deliveries.

I found iparcelbox through Google and it’s the only one I could find that had the smart app integration which I wanted.

I used the chat facility on the iparcelbox website and Paul responded quickly and helped me with exact internal measurements and photos.

I made the order for the battery operated box and the solar charger. Delivery was quick. Installation was straightforward following the manual and YouTube videos online.

I have already tested several parcelboxes and I have to say that Iparcelbox is my favorite, simply because of the simple to use and the app that is simple and easy to use.
Also support is first class, you have questions / comments you get an answer very quickly via the chat on their site! Keep it up and i hope to see the bigger boxes soon with internal battery !

Good response to questions I had. Arrived very quickly. Easy to set up

The customer service has done an excellent job in guiding me through the ordering procedure for the Netherlands after BREXIT. The product arrived in 1,5 weeks with no issues at all.

The iParcelbox itself works like a charm, only issue was slight leakage after a massive thunderstorm. This was solved by adding some extra tape to to the box which was promptly sent to me by iParcel customer service.

The iparcel box is great the biggest problem is getting your courier drivers / postie to use it especially if its not in same area as post box / letter box.

After having some initial problems with the installation of my iParcelbox, I cannot fault the immediate and excellent customer service I received from Paul.

He knew I had a fault before I did, via the app, and went out of his way to solve it for me immediately.

The iParcelbox is a great product that has already proved itself to be invaluable.

Fantastic product and a fantastic idea “it just works” plain and simple from the iParcelbox itself to the app and features had one minor issue where CCTV would not show up in app got in contact with customer service and within an hour had a solution and fix fantastic and professional customer service with a personal touch really is great can’t recommend highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ps also have the battery version and so far is lasting fantastic so anyone worried about battery life please don’t but very easy to recharge when needed along with fantastic design features very well thought out thanks again iParcelBox

Great for serial online shoppers. Easy to install, although a bit of a pain to get it to connect to wifi.. Well made keeps parcel safe and dry...

This is just what I was looking for, firstly I tried a previous box from another supplier before buying this but didn't match description or photos so it when back. After searching for smart parcel box this came up iParcelbox. Firstly the support was ace couldn't fault it, very quick response answered and acknowledged questions. I bought this and installed it following simple instructions. The app is brilliant also I linked my camera, I ended up buying another camera £30 and even that was brilliant for what I wanted it for. Got a sign made up and put it on front for iParcelbox, now all mail and couriers deliver to the parcel box, first the parcelbox will automatically open to accept delivery the app is quick and can easily open next delivery quickly. Notifications are instant the WiFi is 100%. I love it and it's saved many journeys to delivery office also waiting for neighbours to come home if left with them. I would recommend this if you receive many parcels but it's well worth it.

Great idear (gadget). Does a great job

A nice, well built product.
Although solid and quite heavy it arrived damage free with good packaging protecting it.
My only disappointment was when I first opened the lid I discovered cables hanging down from the lip at the top of the unit which connect to a control box at the rear, its connections I feel are exposed to damage from a carelessly delivered parcel and would benefit from protection.
The external antenna feels open to abuse but delivers well with a strong Wi-Fi signal.
The app works well and is easy to use, the basic version has all you need to operate the iparcelbox on a day to day basis. A premium version is available at £2 monthly which adds CCTV & smart speaker integration, multiple device control and shareable web links to open the unit.
We weren't able to place ours on the floor but followed the install instructions / online video with the supplied multi - material screws to mount it on a wall, we'd love to add a label to advise maximum parcel weight for everyone's safety but this info is not supplied.
Lets hope it will keep its good finish / look and not rust as its located right next to the front door, time will tell.
