We parked our car from Saturday the 9th…

We parked our car from Saturday the 9th of August to Sunday the 10th of August in the iPark San José Parking in Vitoria/Spain.
Sunday morning the 10th of August, when we wanted to leave, the ports were closed despite the signs informing us about that the opening hour was from 07.:30. We needed to catch a flight from Bilbao Sunday at 13:00 hours, but before taking the flight, we also needed to return the rented car in Bilbao airport. The person, whom we had to call did not answer the phone at any time, and regretfully, we did not get any idea from the headquarter when we could expect any assistance to open the parking space ... the service of communication was so extremely poor - we have never experienced anything similar.
We were approx. 20 people standing infront of a closed parking space.
The worst expirience ever - bad communication, no alternative solution/plan, no help, nothing!
We will NEVER use this parking company again!
