I ordered a "new" timing belt kit + water pump from Dayco. The timing belt went after less than a month. When disassembling the car, it turned out that the timing belt was from 2013.

I just got off the phone with a person name James at ipart over a return part.
Its about the rear bumper about i've order back on 2/4/25
was return to them just yesterday, here are the issues.
1. I ordered rear bumper with no trailer hitch opening.
even on their invoice indicates w/o hitch opening.
2 upon opening the package ( following day)noticed they have sent the wrong part - with opening for hitch.
i called them back and notified them wrong part was sent but they didnt have the correct part was given a fef number of # 91xxx. and wad agreed with their employ that they will apply toward credit and part will be pick up when and with my next order.
3. On their invoice there are no due date for return part policy
4. on their invoice 20% restocking fee is required but according to"JAMES" he was going to deduct $95.00 from $249.00 i 've paid. ???????
Based on what? his anger gauge????
5.It even gets better. When i argued my point, He applied "Im not gonna refund you anything , come and pick up your part" ??????? .
I have better things to do than argue over 250.00 and take time to write this but i thought someone has to teach this bully a lesson . I will see you in court James

Great aftermarket car parts shop. Number of items in catalogue is impressive and well linked to selected car make and model. Availability is also good. I'd add more payment options but existing are not bad. Fast delivery in approx 2 business days.

The parts ordering process is very easy and nice. You can find whatever you want on iParts shop. I received my parcel on the two day later.
There is just one thing to improve. Would be great to receive notification about the parcel and delivery tracking directly to e-mail or via SMS. I was able to check the tracking only via iParts website. Other than that nothing so very well :)
