Super easy to use

Super easy to use. Personal transfers for mortgages requires a lot of additional steps. Need to dig and filter through FAQs to ensure that it’s all ok.

Bugs & human mistakes everywhere

Platform bugs, system mistakes (promo code not work, consolidated multiple invoices and rent cannot be chosen and paid together), human mistakes and delays (team is unwilling to take initiative to help, passive and with slow and poor manners, scheduled payment is unable to be settled per instructed date and time without notification to me or the registered payees) throughout the whole payment set up and payout process. The poorest payment gateway causing total frustration ever used in life. Totally disappointed!

As we are a licensed financial institution we are subject to the regulatory framework of various governing bodies. As part of this, we may require more information about our clients and the nature of their payment as part of our 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) process and due diligence. This may include verification of an individual's identity through means of obtaining a copy of a government-issued ID.

Our team proactively reached out on 15 November 2022 requesting more information about your account and followed up on the 16th, 17th, 18th, 21st, and 24th. Once we received the requested information on the 24th,
we promptly processed your payment and provided you with additional bank transfer advice as proof. Our team member also reached out via telephone to further understand the situation, explain the reason for the delay and ensure the transaction processed smoothly upon receiving all requested information.

We understand you experienced an issue with a promo code. The reason it did not work was the promo code was only valid for business accounts and your account was a personal account. As a gesture of goodwill, our team extended to validity for your account.

We appreciate your product suggestion for consolidating multiple categories of payments. At this time, we are not able to offer this feature due to compliance requirements with the card network schemes. We can certainly understand how this would provide for a more efficient checkout experience and have noted this should there be a change of policy.

Very good experience with App…

My experience with this app especially their tech support was amazing. Vanessa was the support and she was prompt and very helpful in providing assistance. As a totally new user, she guided me through and was always available for questions! Kudos to her! She made me like the app a lot and would totally recommend to people

Highlighted a serious bug

Highlighted a serious bug, ipaymy’s staff response was ungrateful. Then another staff member came over the top with some lousy email that shows internally they don’t communicate.

Despite highlighting that as well, there was zero response. Very arrogant lack of service

We understand you could not find your previously added card in your wallet. We recently did a technical system upgrade on our wallet feature. Since we do not store cardholder data you were required to re-add your card. Whilst this was not a bug, we can understand how it may have been a less than ideal user experience and we could have made the experience a lot better.

Regarding the email, our team member reached out as he noticed you made a separate draft payment and did not have a chance to complete it. We'll strive to do better as we always want to make sure our customers have a good experience with us.

Not all credit card accept IPAY as an transaction

Not all credit card accept IPAY as an transaction. I have experience with HSBC credit card and GRAB mastercard which do not honoured IPAY transaction as a sale transaction. Thus, neither cash back nor reward points were given. I was too lazy to write in to IPAY to refund the transaction fee for that two experiences. So I paid $29 transaction fee for nothing.

Awesome Customer Service

Vanessa from the iPayMy Support team delivered a service that really delighted me. My pay out due date was Monday but she expedited it to Thursday which was really helpful for our business. Paying International suppliers quickly is really beneficial to us.

Ipay 1st time user

On the beginning of supplier setup, 1 supplier is not recognized by Ipay system and another issue is 1 promo code is not working based on the power point presentation that we received from our sourcing buyer after that Ipay admin give us another promo code that works well.

If you are unable to find the business registration number we are always happy to assist you in adding them.
