We were very Happy with Ipay in the beginning but suddenly out the blue we could not log into our backoffice than everyone left the support group no warning or explanation. A few weeks afterwards we get a email they are closing and will pay all the open balance within 40 days. 40 days has passed no one answers emails they have all just packed up and ran away. Everyone warned us of this I guess we should have listened . Stay away true scammers

Worst payment processor ever
Worst payment processor ever. They have closed the company yesterday with over 20,000 USD stolen from us in the means of holding payouts, fake rolling reserve amounts and all other BS that they tell their clients to hold payments and never pay them. They will soon open another company under a different name and do the same **** again. Beware these guys are the true scum of the business.

Shut down the company a day before my launch
The company has now shut down, just a few days before I am going live. I was not made aware of this issue at any point in time. I have been in close contact with the team throughout the process up to a few days ago. Now, I can't get in contact with anyone! I assume I have dodged a bullet, but still complete waste of my time! Tip for anyone reading this, make sure to read the reviews exclusively from people who have multiple reviews, most of the positive reviews seem not to have made any other reviews?
I was curious why they were keen on getting me to launch my business last week (almost hinting... come on put some money through the system) and it appears it's because they wanted to take every last penny! It's just a guess but it seems pretty clear this is a fraudulent company, and if my hunch is correct it will relaunch with another name in the company months.
