They're labeled as kbeauty and kpop but it's mostly kpop imo.
They are horrible at online orders.
It takes them forever to ship.
They immediately send out msgs that your order is ready to ship but don't send it out until way later and not even prepare it bc items sell out.
Then they short ship and don't even tell you until you don't receive the full order.
Then they refund you after you ask for it since it's sold out.
Then later I found out it's not really sold out and they tell me to reorder but their shipping price is higher than usual so it doesn't make sense for me to even place the order anymore.
They kinda have a store in La inside the old Koreatown plaza on 2nd floor..not sure if it's temporary.
They also had a temporary store at Buena park The Source.
The owner is weird...hard to like.
My encounters with him was just off and I'm a very personable person.
I spent thousands...he should care about his customers, especially local regulars.
I don't buy from this store anymore. I'm done.
Go to FandomK for tour merch, KpopToss for albums/Photocards/BT21, Music plaza for random mixed items, and definitely other online shops that are more reliable.
